When speaking to one of the staff at the counter we received a quipping “it’s been like that for a while, nothing we can do.” It was so cold that we wore our coats and gloves. This occurred at a 11:15 am showing on Dec. 2. It was very uncomfortable and ruined the outing. The indifference of the staff was also irritating.
