  Customer service in non existent once you get someone on the phone they just tell you that you have to call another number. My daughter had her pictures taken on Sep 25 and we were told we would have them in 48 hours and its now October 31. Multiple phone calls and still no pictures.

  Worst experience ever with customer service , planning & organization and total disregard to time . I invested almost 8 hrs in leaving work early(Mt.Pleasant) to drive 1.5 to pick my daughter up (Waterboro)then drive back to Summerville another .5 hr only to wait at their studio for 3 hrs! It was all fine even when my daughter came out and said “Dad are you okay ? We’ve been here 3 hrs.” I said I’m ok if you’re ok” 5 minutes later that woman who was coordinating all this ruckus came out to express her condolences kinda , saying that they ran behind because of all the parents before me brought extra outfits. (Not my problem I’m thinking 🤔) but after her speech she literally told me out of her mouth in her exact words I quote “ l have to go because I have an hour and half drive home , have a great day” I was the last man standing and that floored me. I was speechless and none the less it changed my whole day. No I will not purchase any pictures from you people. And I am even more discussed that I reached out to Mrs Radcliffe and never even got a response. I took my daughter to Portrait innovations in Mount Pleasant with much better prices and great customer service!And a much better value. And a much better value. And a print on site Service!🤠

  I have been calling for days, leaving messages. No one answers the phone or return message. How are you supposed to schedule or reschedule an appt if you can't ever talk to anyone. It's RIDICULOUS!! Definitely not a way a buisness should be ran!
