Marley C.was an absolutely incredible birthday host for my son's 6th birthday party. She truly went above and beyond in every way — from helping with setup and organization to making sure every detail was taken care of so the kids could have the best time.
Her support and generosity made the entire day run smoothly and stress-free, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making the celebration special. My son had an amazing birthday, and we couldn't have done it without Marley’s help. I'm so grateful for everything she did and highly recommend her as a host!

It has been a while since we’ve been. There’s a lot of cool updates for the kids. The staff is always wonderful I’m writing this for anyone planning an event… My daughter’s birthday party’s historically have not had the best attendance - The first week of January post Christmas, travel, flu, or bad weather. I intentionally asked about my options if not enough children showed up, and I was verbally told by phone I’d be charged once all of the children arrived and they can downgrade the party size from 10/15 jumpers to the next and only level down, 5 jumpers. This was not true. I was charged upfront for all “jumpers.” Second, I was told midway through the jump time I’d be charged $75 for bringing a cookie cake. They only allow cakes or cupcakes or you’re charged a $75 catering fee. My children have always had the cookie cakes from Sam’s because it’s their favorite (we’ve had parties here before.) This is a newer policy. The young ladies at check in and our party room were great. It’s not their fault management has these rules/regulations in place. Instead of an event, I’d recommend buying each jumpers time and getting your own pizza and pitchers in the cafe area or having the kids eat elsewhere afterward.

I had an absolutely awesome time at Big Air, and it was all thanks to Perin! From the moment I walked in, Perin was super friendly and helpful, explaining all the safety rules with a smile. They were constantly making sure everyone was having fun and being safe, which I really appreciated. Perin's energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and they even showed me a few cool trampoline tricks! Seriously, this person deserves a raise! Thanks, Perin, for making my visit unforgettable. I'll definitely be back!

We had an awesome time at Big Air, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ziyah.
Since it was our first time there, we weren't really sure how everything worked or where the different attractions were located. Ziyah went out of her way to welcome us and helped us figure out the layout of the park. She made sure we knew exactly what to do so we could get straight to the fun.
It’s rare to find such great customer service these days she was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. If you’re heading to Big Air, definitely look for her!
