  If you’re calling this Cinemark about any information expect it to be 100% wrong. 2 weeks leading up the the super Mario galaxy movie I called asking about a merch item. I decided to check in person just for the person at concessions to tell me they sold out of everything on Friday. Which weird, when I called ON FRIDAY April 1st the woman told me they did not expect to get them in. I really think it’s messed up that she blatantly told me the wrong information, which led to me missing out on the mystery Luma clip. All I want is the opportunity to purchase one, since she lied and did not give me that chance.

  The seats are comfy in the theater, but the bathrooms always smell absolutely horrendous and the service from employees is pretty crappy. Still, it's one of the only places to enjoy a movie locally so, I guess we'll have to adjust expectations, sigh.

  As a movie goer on vacation, I was pleased I had selected discount day to attend a movie at this location. However, when reading the 20 % off concession sign behind the counter, I gave the concession clerk my phone number and he said he could see my name yet the register did not take 20 % off. I explained that it should have, ( not that he knew this but i also had another app that qualifies me for a discount too.) He said, I can’t explain it, but some get the discount and some don’t. Cinemark….do better at training your employees to overcome problems. This should gave been a quick, let me give this discount manually, and been over with quickly which would have been a 5 star review. Anyone in customer service know correcting a problem for a customer. Increases even staunch loyalty and that saying there is no solution damages relationships.

  The lady at the ticket counter was very friendly. The man I encountered at the refreshment area, was very helpful& very nice.
