  Kalee is absolutely amazing. She made our family day special. Her customer service was top-tier and it was almost time for her to leave. We can in around 4PM Thursday. She went above and beyond. Because of her and our bowling lane attendants’ service, we will return everytime we visit Greenville.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Family Kitchen inside Main Event. The mac and cheese was served cold, which was already frustrating, but the service made things even worse. Our waitress, who had long burgundy hair, was extremely rude. When I asked a simple question about whether they offered a Beyond Meat option for the burgers, she responded with an attitude, saying “whattt, I don’t know what that is” while frowning. Throughout our visit, she never brought us napkins and repeatedly gave us unpleasant looks as she walked by. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined my Easter, and I will not be returning to this restaurant. I try to be understanding but the service I received was not acceptable!

  We got the pass so you can get a free meal and drink, bowling, 140 something credits, and laser tag. It was fun, but the staff didn’t seem very welcoming. They just acted like they didn’t want to work. The guy at the prize counter was on his phone the whole time and ring me up twice for something since he wasn’t paying attention. Then on accident, we popped a squishy and told the manager and he didn’t say anything and just gave us a really ? Serious? Type look no smile or joke or anything. The food staff were nice, just didn’t seem like anyone wanted to work. A lot of the games were also unplugged.

  Wow what an experience. Made reservations for 845. Got there and was told it would be 30 more minutes. We went and got player cards for the kids (150.00) Me and the wife went to grab a drink. 15 minute wait at the bar with no one even acknowledging us. Finally got two drinks (35.00) Finally decided to check back in 40 minutes after reservation time to be told they would try a seat us. We sat there at was looked at and not recognized for over 30 minutes. Finally, after asking 3 times, a waitress who was about to leave asked if it alright for her to serve us. She was the only good thing here. Finally ate and paid (165.00) Decided to drop another 50.00 for laser tag. Went back to the bar at 1055. Again, no one even paying us attention. After my wife made a louder comment on is anyone even gonna look, we were told by whom I think was the manager, someone would be right with us. At 1115 that same manager finally threw menus down in front of us. I said I knew what we wanted as we’ve been waiting for 20 minutes on this one drink. She argued against me on how long we waited. Everything is on camera!!! I finally snapped and she kicked us out. I had taken abuse for over 3 hours here. Spent 400.00 and didn’t even get to play laser tag with my 3 kids. (Put 50.00!!) The restaurant management needs to seriously be looked at, and customers treated better than this. I can verify all my statements with cameras and bank statements. Very sad. That lady doesn’t need her position!!! Go to Frankie’s or Dave and Busters!!

  This place was an absolute nightmare. I went with my SO to have a good time after a long week and this was the only day off we had together. First we go in, scope it out, didn’t seem too bad. We ask about wait times for bowling, it’ll be about an hour to 2 hours. Which was fine, we wanted to grab food in the meantime. We get seated, order drinks. Our alcoholic beverages came out before our waters did and we had to bug our waitress for them. We order our food. 15 minutes goes by. Then 30. Then 50. Then it’s an hour. We watch 3 tables come and go before we even get our food. We speak to a manager because we sat down and there was MAYBE another table and others playing pool. So we say, this is unacceptable. She agrees, offers game cards…we say no. She offers a discount. Sure, we’ll take the discount. We get the check. 10% off. The waitress runs by. I pay. No option to leave no tip. $65 for awful food I could’ve gotten at Burger King. Bowling was already paid for, so I go to get my money refunded because at this point, I had walked in at 7-730ish and it is now 9pm. I have work tomorrow. I ask for said refund. The person at the desk goes to find manager. I see them turning to look at me and giggle. They offer more vouchers. No thanks, I won’t be coming back. This is an awful place that has an issue rectifying situations in which money and potential regular customers are involved. I could’ve paid $65 for food at a better place and spent my precious time elsewhere rather than staring at Cartoon Network, the waitress, the manager and bartenders purposely avoiding eye contact because they have an issue with solving problems with customers.
