My boyfriend and I came here and the experience was honestly really disappointing. We got the food and fun combo so we went to the restaurant after we played the games. When we first walked in, we couldn’t find a hostess anywhere and ended up walking around confused until we just stood there waiting. Eventually we were seated at a dirty table, and the waitress cleaned it while we were already sitting there. Almost every table around us that we could see was dirty, and there was food all over the floor that stayed there the entire time we were there, even when we left, nothing had been cleaned.
After we were seated, we looked through the menu and knew what we wanted, but no one came to take our order. I had to keep looking around and making eye contact with staff before someone finally came over. A different waitress asked if our waitress (Destiny) had been to our table yet, and when we said no, she took our order and drink order.
We then waited about 20–30 minutes for our food and drinks, even though there were only two tables seated. No one checked on us at all during that time. My boyfriend eventually got tired of waiting for drinks and went to the bar himself. He stood there for about 10 minutes with no help before giving up and just ordering a beer, then brought it back to the table to sit with me.
When the food finally came out, we still didn’t have our drinks, so I had to ask for them. She apologized and brought them out after that. We also had no napkins at the table, and the ketchup bottle was almost empty.
After we finished eating, we waited again just to get the check, with no one checking on us. I had to make eye contact again before someone cleaning noticed and asked if we needed something. She had to grab our waitress so we could finally pay.
The waitresses’ attitudes were fine, but the service overall was terrible. Because we received little to no service, we didn’t leave a tip. Definitely not a great experience. Will not be returning to the “family” restaurant again.

Everything was good except the restaurant service. The service was so poor that it diminished the rest of the experience. We had to wait forever for our drinks. One of the bartenders was leaving so that is understandable and the one who came in was slamming stuff did not acknowledge me when I needed to order a drink. I’ve been in customer service for the past 3 years and it is not that hard I understand being overwhelmed but you have to choose kindness. All I wanted was a bottle bear it takes 5 seconds. Later on my younger brother and cousins went to eat and had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come to the table, they had to ask for the menus… they had to ask 6 different people to get there order taken.. they waited 30 minutes for 2 burgers… HAD TO ASK 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE FOR THE CHECKS, and it took 5 minutes to even get the change back.
I have never left a bad review in my life but this restaurant was unstructured and a disappointment considering how fun and good everything else was.

A friend and I went here on a Saturday night, and ordered some drinks at the bar. The bartender had an open bleeding cut on his hand, and the drink he served my friend literally had his blood visibly in it. Then when we brought it up, the other female bartender made a rude remark and asked the male bartender to make another drink. As we watched him remake the drink with his bloody hand now shaking and encapsulated by a partially fitted latex glove, we decided the only reasonable outcome would be to leave (although the drink was already paid for). This establishment needs to completely turn over the bar staff. The current employees have no place interacting with the public or handling food and drink.

Worse experience, was told by the hostess it would be a 30 minutes wait so we booked the pool tables while we waited. 40 minutes passed and the table next to our reserved pool table remained dirty and we saw plenty of tables to be sat at that were clean. Two people from our party went up to the bartender and was trying to get her attention to order drinks while we were still waiting and she was purposely ignoring us because a couple sat down after them and the bartender told them it would only be a minute while still not acknowledging the people from our party. We decided to leave after that interaction and we went to question the host about why she was sitting parties that came AFTER us and she said there was no clean when we clearly saw tables getting cleaned while we were playing at the pool tables. She then proceeds to slam the tablet on the host stand after we told her we watched the busser clean plenty of tables. We didn’t even get to finish our time at the pool table due to the rude service we were receiving .

I am writing a review as I sit here waiting for my kiddos to finish playing. My little one is turning 5 years old this month, and I was wanting to have a birthday party some place other than Chuck E. Cheese or Big Air. I have never been to Main Event before, so we decided to book her 5th birthday party here. I should have read the reviews before booking (the 5 stars are family and friends reviews). We went with the Ultimate Gamer package. Little FYI, DO NOT GET THIS PACKAGE! It too much for the service they provide. Our hostess had it set up to where we were eating first, ice cream, laser tag, make our payment, and then receive our game cards to play for 3 hours. I ended up serving the food, cake, and ice cream. When we couldn’t find our hostess for extra plates, we would flag down anyone who looked like they worked there to get us extra plates for the cake, forks, and spoons for the ice cream the hostess dropped off at another table and walked off. This was the worst! Outside of me and my guest having to serve ourselves and clean, I guess the kids had a great time playing their 3 hours game cards and Laser tag. Safe to say I will never book a birthday party here again! The two additional stars is for the manager who listened to my complaint and gave great customer service to smooth things situation over.
