There was only a total of maybe 10 people in the whole area and it took us almost 40-45 minutes to get our food and 3-7 out of people that was with our party the food was wrong after waiting so long. That was the only take away from the whole experience all the gaming areas laser tag bowling golf. Everything else was perfectly fine. It was just the restaurant area that they need to work on.
- KCKathy ChesserNov 9, 20252.0We had my special needs brother's 54th birthday party at main event for thr first time on 11-8-25 for 35 people give or take in attendance well when we walked in not one greeted us had to find someone to find out where we go when we went to the bowling area where we were being seated at people were still in the area that was reserved for us so.we had to wait 10 mins for someone to move them mind you we only had the area from 5 to 7 so that took 10 mins off our time we were automatically rushed to eat because they said the food was only out for an hour it was a small buffet when the pizza ( little ceasers quality) comes out they had cut it up into small peices and thrown it into serving pans all stuck together looking aweful the what was supposed to be boneless wings( McDonald's could have n one better)were over cooked chicken nuggets and from the get go we had no designated server had to hunt down people no body checked on us we had to.clean up after ourselves spoke to a manager ( maverick) who apparently i just inconvenient the crap out of to tell him about this horrible experience he could have gave a crap less and they charged us 2,306.54 for this horrible experience i do not recommend this place at all for birthday parties never going back again

They put together a package for us that was perfect based on our needs and wants. At the event, Mariah and Whitley were GREAT! They were attentive and informative throughout the evening, and even helped us judge the costume contest! 10/10 would recommend for any corporate gathering.
