We went for a birthday party. My 5 year old absolutely loved this place, so did his teenaged cousins. The facilities are impressive. There were so may things to do, we didn't even get to them all. Laser experiences, Ninja courses, high ropes courses, a terrifying slide and every type of trampolining activity you can imagine. I would have given it 5 stars, but it seemed way understaffed given the amount of chaos on a Saturday evening.

We had only been once before but had my daughter's birthday party here and it couldn't have been better. Every detail was thought out, communication was clear and consistent, and our party host was thoughtful and accommodating. Having them take care of it without me having to do anything allowed me to just enjoy the party. We all had a blast!

Took my kiddos over the weekend, they had a blast! Super grateful for Faith, one of the sweet girls who work at big air… she not only did her job with a smile, but she went above and beyond to make sure my little shy guy who never plays with other kids was having a ball. We just loved her, definitely left a wonderful impression!

I highly recommend going to Greenville’s Big Air. My stepdaughters are 6-7 years old and they had a blast! They wore matching princess dresses with fairy wings which was very adorable but, one of them got a wing stuck while playing!!! Thankfully Maddison Wright was there to save the day! She got my baby girl to safety and was incredibly graceful about it. My stepdaughter was crying but Maddison successfully calmed her down! Thank you Maddison Wright for being the best Big Air worker!!!

Alaina was an absolutely incredible birthday host for my son’s 6th birthday party. She truly went above and beyond in every way—from helping with setup and organization to making sure every detail was taken care of so the kids could have the best time. Her support and generosity made the entire day run smoothly and stress-free, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making the celebration special. My son had an amazing birthday, and we couldn’t have done it without Alaina’s help. I’m so grateful for everything she did and highly recommend her as a host!
