The place was absolutely packed! But they had enough employees there to handle the influx. Best part of the visit was the party room experience. The employee that attended our party was very sweet and helpful. That portion of the outing made me willing to have another party there in the future (despite the crowd and noise level). All told, it was a good time

My kids had a great time at big air. Shout out to Terry who did an amazing job being attentive, keeping kids safe and still being fun in the Lil air area and on the zipline!

Was not happy to find out after driving an hour and waiting in line that we couldn’t purchase the 2 hour pass since we were 5 minutes after 6 and the only solution was to pay more for less time.. BUT Jonathan turned our visit around! He was very friendly and great with all four of my kids! ❤️ He turned a negative into a positive! Best employee of the night!

They have lots of great features for school aged children. We really liked the toddler section in the back. It was not regulated so there were some bigger kids in there which was hard, but parents asked them to leave. The manager enforced the sock policy which is understandable, but an employee with our friends did not so kind of contradicting.
