The employee that attended our party was very sweet and helpful. That portion of the outing made me willing to have another party there in the future (despite the crowd and noise level). All told, it was a good time

BUT Jonathan turned our visit around! He was very friendly and great with all four of my kids! ❤️ He turned a negative into a positive! Best employee of the night!

It was not regulated so there were some bigger kids in there which was hard, but parents asked them to leave. The manager enforced the sock policy which is understandable, but an employee with our friends did not so kind of contradicting.
