The staff were friendly. They don’t upsell at all. The selection in store and online is huge. I’d recommend calling ahead if you don’t see something online as they seem to have additional instruments for sale in person.

The cello was in excellent condition, and my kid was thrilled to have it just in time for orchestra. If any of my other kids decide to pick up an instrument, there’s no question — we’re going straight to Robert's. Their service, selection, and dedication to supporting students is unmatched. Highly recommended!
