- SYsavannah yangApr 21, 20261.0My son and I decided to order our popcorn and drink on the Kiosk thinking it would be ready by the time we got to the counter. Hell no, the two young kids told us we had to wait. So we got out of line and wait. There were only two customers. After the two kids were done with the two customers. They left us standing there waiting. They were just standing there doing nothing, talking away. We were waiting for almost ten minutes. Finally, I went around and ask a gentle man on the far left corner and he fill our order for us. I mean they were just standing there and they couldn't fill our order for us. These young kids are so disrespectful. I advise to get more older people to work on the food concession. Good thing, we were early or we'll miss the start of our movie.
- LLLazyBrosVidzApr 20, 20261.0I go to the theater maybe 2 times a month. Probably won’t go to this one again. Hope it closes at this point. Bought 2 tickets 31 bucks mind you. And got concessions. So basically 80 bucks for a 2 hour movie (crazy). Anyway that’s not the point, the point is I’m in the theater and underage kids are there talking yelling screaming running around throwing stuff, I get up and make a complaint to the front, I walk back sit down and the person they send in says nothing he just stands there. 40 minutes later the kids start doing there stuff again. I have to get up again walk to the front and talk to the same girl. Who says “oh we sent someone in” regardless I ask them for a refund since now I got up 2 times missed a good section of the film. And then had to deal with the kids being a distraction to most of the film. They wouldn’t issue me a refund because the movie was already over halfway done. Horrible customer service I’ll never go to this place again.
