We were asked to move and then practically had to beg the attendant to help us find the correct seats. If the seats really mattered they should have someone there helping people find their seats. This must be a new rule because I’ve never had selected seats for a movie before. Normally you buy the tickets and find a seat when you get there? Weird. Must be a New England thing. I’d understand a sold out concert and someone who had lawn tickets sneaking to the front row, but I am currently using crutches and we tried to pick the easiest spot for me. They also let large dogs sit on the actual seats during the movie, which seems unhygienic. Using the self service tablet was difficult- it took about 5 minutes for one to finally read my code or my phone number. No one was around to even ask for help. The whole time you could hear the movie from the next theater over, and people were on their phones and needed to be asked to put their phones away, very distracting. Probably won’t be back.
