  Very nice and respectful owner and front desk worker. Explained everything very well and made the process effortless. I rented a violin for my daughter and he was very helpful and explaining how to hold it and what to do to my daughter and told me if there's any problems even if she dropped it or something happened that I wouldn't be on the hook for anything and I could bring it right back so I got to say it seems like a very decent place to do business with.

  Was not happy with a repair. Wanted a new cork replaced on my alto, while at the counter the owner said that he should go over the horn it is very old. This true 1970 . Here’s the problem not ready each time I was told it was done, bigger issue. I was charged $125.00 dollars no cork replacement and was told he changed the main rod. Had two other stores look at and they said they couldn’t find any work that was done. The other review is correct paid for nothing.
