  I recently came in to fix my cello’s fingerboard that had detached. Mr. Injeian sat with me and discussed other structural issues then took my instrument, and within a week (less time than anticipated!) he completely transformed it. He even did extras on it without charge! My cello was cleaned, got a quality bridge and sound post replacement, a fingerboard rescaling, and new varnish. My instrument has never sounded better, and I would recommend him to anyone in the area for instrument maintenance. Mr. Injeian knows exactly what he is doing, and he does everything for a very reasonable price! I will most definitely be coming back in the future.

  It would be an absolute CRIME for me to not leave a review for this business. First off, this guy is the REAL DEAL. Vast knowledge and experience in this craft, and is just that… a craftsmen. Complete and full attention to detail and absolute care for the instrument. I won’t even go into my full story, but I will just say that I took a rough instrument there knowing nothing about it, but only that I needed to make it work so that my friend could learn how to play it, and Philip was not only straight forward with me about what situation we were dealing with, but then went above and beyond to help with this when probably no other reputable shop would have. The work was more than what it was worth, but he offered me a reasonable price to do the least that could be done to make this instrument playable which I paid and left the violin to be picked up the next day. Upon picking it up, I could tell that he went above and beyond and did more than what I could afford but did so out of kindness and love for the magic of restoration of this instrument. He explained every detail and not just what he did, but WHY. It was as if I’d picked up a different instrument than the one I had left the day before. Fantastic guy. We talked some music history before I left. Very down to earth place and I would be guilty if I didn’t mention how sweet and helpful Vicky (Vickie?) was at the front desk. Everyone in this shop is knowledgeable and will make you feel comfortable no matter the situation.
