I don't often write reviews, but in this case I would be remiss if I did not leave one. Victoria was nothing shy of first class in assisting me, extremely responsive and patient! I'm an adult beginner, with a sub 1k instrument, and she took the time to explain everything, provide tips, and let me know what all the shop could do for me as I continue to move forward.
I cannot recommend enough!

I had no idea of Mr. Injeian's reputation when I visited his shop on Penn Ave. I only learned of who I was meeting while standing in his studio, surrounded by instruments more expensive than my car. I was intimidated and felt like I had no right to be there. The kindness and encouragement shown to me by Mr. Injeian and his assistant, Vickie, will probably be one of those core memories for my life. I am new to the violin and they ushered me into a world of passion and professionalism, of grit and beauty. Mr. Injeian took my $90 violin and the work he did on it changed the sound completely. I can't believe that my cheap little violin can sound so beautiful. I am grateful for my experience at this shop and will continue to use it as I grow as a violinist.

This shop is located on the next block as compared to where it is shown here. The awning remains in place but the shop moved years ago. It is between the city parking structure and Pizza Parma on the block across the street to the left (facing the old store front), on the same side.
