  Customer service was terrible, I was charged twice for my drink and then when I showed the issue on my receipt I was given 2 choices for a resolution. Either wait so the 20 people standing behind me can finish their billing or find a manager, when I asked the person where the manager was she said I don’t know, you need to go find him yourself. So I had to go around and ask different employees for a manager who then helped with a refund. While I am glad the issue was resolved the lady servicing us was very unprofessional and dismissive.

  Great theatre. It’s well kept. The staff is polite. Everything was clean. The seats are comfortable. The only difference I noticed between the Cinemark in Robinson vs the Cinemark in McCandless is Robinson did not have heated seats. They are however motorized like McCandless. Pro tip: Download the app. Sign up for movie club. You can reserve where you want to sit and have food delivered to your seat. Food and tickets are discounted for movie club members. This will also help ensure you get a good seat before they sell out.

  Great experience! I can’t wait to return! The ambience was lovely and we greatly enjoyed the reclining, comfy seats!

  For weeks, I planned the one-hour trip to the Robinson Cinemark for my teenagers to go see the JJK movie. This was one of their Christmas presents. We were all so excited! When we got there, the ticket taker scanned my QR code from Fandango & said the theater number for our movie, but I couldn't hear him. I asked again where the theater was, but he did not respond. Just then, the kids said they saw where it was, and we headed into the theater. The movie was already playing, even though it was five minutes until show time. We were confused, and our seats - that I'd reserved online - were taken by others (so I initially thought), so we just hastily sat down in the very front. Due to the nature of this movie, we did not know, until the credits rolled before the run-time, that we had been in the wrong theater the whole time. Turns out, the theater was showing the movie on two different screens, and we had walked into the one that had started a half-hour before our showtime. If the ticket taker had merely told us we were on the wrong side of the complex, our out-of-town Christmas experience would have been fine. Instead, we missed one-third of the movie. When I approached the ticket desk about the issue, I was told nothing could be done (I did not even ask for a refund, I merely asked if maybe the three kids could get a free slushie, to turn the ruined Christmas excursion into a better memory - but they said no). I don't expect much from movie theaters anymore, but this experience was worse than disappointing.

  The physical theater itself has gone downhill. Our movie didn’t even start seating until 5 minutes before the movie started. Took my kids to see a Pg- 13 movie and the trailers for it were R and MA. Completely unacceptable horrific trailers even for some adults. Disturbing and disappointing.
