When we first arrived, I had a gift card issue, and the receptionist Linah immediately stepped in to help. She was patient, kind, and really went above and beyond to get everything sorted out. Her manager Carlos was also incredibly accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. During the game there was a small technical issue at one point, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They were right on top of it and made sure it didn’t take away from the fun. The customer service really made the entire experience stand out. Because of Linah and Carlos, the whole visit felt smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. Most importantly, my son had an amazing time celebrating his birthday, and that meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be back!
