- LFLee FranczykOct 21, 20254.0This is a two-part review of your theater and the experience that goes along with it. First, let me start with the bad so I can get that out of the way. I ordered tickets on-line for my son and I. I received an email shortly after stating that the location of the theater was in Wisconsin. Also, the time of the show was listed as 5:00 instead of what it said at on-line which was 4:00. So, I called customer service and was told that the mix up was due to some AI technology from my email source, so it was my fault and not theirs. The truth is while that might be true, from what the person said on the phone they have been aware of this issue, why not FIX it. Or at least warn people of the issue so they don't go canceling their tickets and have to run around trying to find answers. That is what customer service is about. Trying to help the customer navigate known issues and those that are unknown as well. The good: When I called the theater, they were happy to check my tickets for verification and also stated that this problem has been persistent, but that they were powerless to do anything about it. Then I go to the movie with my son and the staff are amazingly friendly, helpful and respectful. The one guy Matt behind the concession stand was absolutely the best but all others were just as nice. I really think it's a shame that these two experiences exist together withing the same company. I will really have to think twice before my next movie outing,
