Thankfully, Nalhiyah White stepped in and completely turned the situation around. She patiently walked me through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was able to receive the free movie included with my membership. Her customer service was top-tier — polite, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who handles issues with such grace and professionalism. Nalhiyah truly went above and beyond, and she made my first experience as a member a great one. The theater is lucky to have her!
