  Place was dirty. Food is mediocre at best and prices are expensive.

  Very poor experience when it comes to food and service, making it the worst theater I've been to. Arrived at the theater and informed food was only served in the screening room. You are not allowed to buy things at the booth, even if the food is right there. Ok fine, I'll just do it as they want to, even though it's strange it's not a big deal. Sit down at my seat and the button used to order does not work. Try another button, it works but no one arrives for 5 minutes. Leave the room and once again try to order at the booth, not allowed. Very little staff, and the few that are there walking around aimlessly and not helping. Happened to run into a "server" who began to take my "order" which was just popcorn. But she could not confirm when it would actually arrive at my seat, and also mentioned that people would be taking orders throughout the screening, which to me seems like would lead to a ridiculous amount of interruption. All I wanted was to give her money and receive my popcorn in exchange, which was not allowed even when the order was right in front of us and I could literally just pay and receive it right there. So after all that, I left so to not waste any more time or spend money on low quality. Only positive aspect was quickly securing refund and the lady laughing when I told her why it was pointless to watch a movie here. This is a dumb concept for a theater, but regardless even if others enjoy it the service should be much better to give it any chance of working.

  I used to love going here when they had the old menu, especially that delicious Mac and cheese with the brisket. I’d house two of them literally every time with like three or four long islands. Then they changed the menu to the trash options they have now and I refuse to go back. Please bring g back the mac and cheese and maybe I’ll change my mind. Thank you

  Food quality definitely declined like stated in other reviews. Made my boyfriend sick and hopefully I’m not next

  Have yet to have a fully great experience food was okay, wait staff okay , the alcoholic beverage I got was awful, then they gave us someone elses check along with ours. The last time the food was better but the service was non-existent. Also don't get me started on the cringy add before the movie of the brother owners of the theaters it's a weird attempt to seem relatable to us and it just came across as good as the McDonald's CEO taste test did.
