Very disappointed and will not return. Theatre was dirty….sticky floor in front of our seats, trays were wet. We ordered pretzel bites and popcorn. Pretzels were rock hard and we did complain and they were replaced with fresher pretzels. Popcorn was the worst I’ve ever had.

Great option for movies over dinner time - we've gone several times for fundraisers and a just to see a movie with friends. For adults, its nice to be able to grab a cocktail with dinner/snacks. The food is okay and a pricy for what it is. Last trip the kids had chicken fingers and fries. I got boneless wings. They were a touch over fried and didn't come with fries.

Do not eat the food. The past few times we’ve been there the food was mediocre but the worst is that I got food poisoning when my daughter and I saw the new Wicked. I thought it was maybe just bad popcorn at that time until me and my entire family went too see the new Avatar and we ALL got food poisoning and was sick after we went home. We all order different items so we couldn’t pin point what it could’ve been. I’m assuming their good containment and cleanliness is poor. Also the sound quality is bad, you could barely hear the movie.

My wife, 2 kids, and I went to see Zootopia in Theatre 8 at the 12:30 P.M. showing on 12/26. What a disaster. We sat in seats F8, F9, F10, and F11. We pre-ordered food to our seats prior to arriving to the movies to make it easier. Unfortunately, half of our order was still missing mid way through the movie despite paying over $50.00 in food. I went out in the lobby and showed the individual at the counter my online order receipt and the items and what was missing. She used the Walky talky to talk to someone but that never resulted in a resolution. Not to mention, the “blue light” for service didn’t work on my chair (F9) and therefore couldn’t call for service. Additionally, the reclining aspect of chair F11 didn’t work at all so my daughter had to sit straight up the entire time. It cost us over $100 for the movie and as you can tell above, never again. This place is a dump. Save your money and time.

Honestly one of the worst experiences ive had at a movie theater; came in to watch Avatar Fire and Ash with my Grandfather and my Girlfriend in 3D. Was looking forward to it all day at 8pm on the 22nd total came out to be around 68$ after tax, after arriving we where given our tickets (weren’t checked or even cared about during the whole experience) and seated. Credits role through and we get the the intro credits to the movie and came to realize nobody and I mean nobody who was supposed to be serving came in. Obviously frustrated, I stand up walking out of the theater and ask for a menu from the staff. The staff mentioned are all sitting around talking and giving the phrase “hardly working” a run for its money I proceed to ask for the menu and they sit there and laugh as if I’m incompetent or is it slow and ask me what I want in a lackluster and careless way and so I give them the order and I go back to my seat. After 10-15 minutes I get my food and honestly it was undercooked and overpriced 25$ for fried pickles and a large popcorn with a drink. Movie goes through and comes to an end and I’m given a reciept for the food and all highlighted and attention grabbing is the “tip” section. Why and I mean why would anyone want to tip a server that didn’t even serve them I basically served myself it was basically a slap in the face. Now I can’t blame it all on the naive and young staff because if they all think that’s acceptable or even an option shows the management is awful and lazy honestly a complete disappointment of a night and have I would have a hard time recommending his place to anyone knowing this is the standard.
