  Giving 3 stars out of respect because all other times were pretty good. This time.. was not good at all. Ordered food at 7:45, stated time would be 8:10 arrival. Movie starts so I give it a little more time as I don’t want to miss the movie, 8:31 comes and no food, so I go out to the person at the booth and tell them about it— they stated “oh that’s a lot of people not getting their food”— lady comes out from the back and ask when my movie ends— girl states pretty soon. I go back to the movie. And no one comes or tells me about my food. Movie ends— we go out of the movie and have to get a request a refund for $70 for the food we didn’t get. There is no excuse for this type of customer service. Being packed or busy is not an excuse. The workers looked like they had no leadership, guidance or structure. Will I go back? Yes I will as they have the best seats. Will I go on an opening weekend. Most likely not. Will I have to hound the staff for my food next time— I most definitely will.. this is just an honest review of what to expect. So if you go and order food and it’s busy. Don’t feel like you are nagging for your food.

  We have been coming here for a while but the last few times the place is a mess. There were two usable bathrooms out of probably 15 and not a single roll of toilet paper. You tell the 6 workers standing in a circle and not one helps.

  Really nice place to see a movie but unfortunately the food has gotten so expensive, you can easily spend $30/person or more if you want real food. Popcorn and drinks are not so bad though.

  The theater is clean. The bathrooms are clean. The bar is really nice. The food is decent. It's not ridiculously overpriced but it's definitely expensive for dinner and a movie. The screens are nice. The sound is amazing. It's nice to still be able to go to a movie theater and see a movie. Ticket prices are very reasonable if you're looking to keep your visit on the frugal side. There are even certain days to go that you can save a lot of money.

  The theater itself aint bad, but there is a much deeper problem here. They want you pay for the 9.99 monthly mebership, so I did. They said you get free mystery movies, which I did not. I had to pay for them. They make the online experience fairly annoying and confusing. Trying to access a cancel option takes forever. I finally found it after 15 minutes of scouring. (it is not where the FAQ says it is located.) The customer service experience is non existent. I've been waiting over a week and still only ever got an inital garbage PR email, followed by me yelling into the abyss with no response. I'll be filing chargebacks for the membership, the mystery movie tickets, etc. as well as an attorney general filing, a BBB complaint, and other relevant avenues.
