  I would like to recognize Kelly (owner) and Daniel (staff) at this location. I purchased gift cards for a little boy online and did not realize that the purchaser needed to come into the Allentown location to redeem the receipt for the gift cards. I live in FL and this was not possible. After explaining the detailed story to the staff, Kelly agreed to send me the gift cards in the mail rather than send a little boy with a receipt. This staff was VERY UNDERSTANDING of my situation and went out of their way to assist me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & THANK YOU KELLY and STAFF. Debbie H , Palm Harbor FL

  It was a great time. The only complaint our group had was the music was so loud we could not hear the employees instruction at all. The rest of the experience was fun!

  We went with 2 groups to play on Saturday night. No one was on the course and one large group held up about 5 other groups. They hit the ball 10+ times and then start the hole over. I told management they were holding up multiple groups and behind us people were skipping around the course. The management did absolutely nothing besides say there was nothing they could do. People were pissed and walking away. It’s a shame. We know the owner of all the Monster Golf franchises after going to one franchise in NJ, this one is definitely poorly run.

  I went with my best friend and it was so fun!! It's for kids and adults there's so much to do and such a fun vibe. It's a great little cute date night.

  It was our first time going to this establishment and I was pleasantly surprised. Not by what was offered but by the staff. I’m big on the customer experience. Jaden, David and Taylor were incredible. For context, we went on a Saturday with an 8yo and a 4yo. They were so helpful, patient and kind to the kids. Please share my kudos to them, they deserve it. I’d recommend and plan a trip here again.
