  Staff was nice, movie quality was great, chairs were comfy! Food was good, prices for meals were as expected for a cool movie and food experience. You can order food to your seat! Prices for drinks and candy/popcorn were higher than I'd pay so I didn't go that route. All in all, I had a great time!

  Amazing place! What a find! Food was outstanding ,sound ,seats amd atmosphere was above par. If all movie theaters were like this i swear going to the movies would make a come back and it was cheaper than amc. Worth going and all the seats are recliners we choose the dream loungers cause you never know but all the chairs are recliners. Only complaint was there was no answer on thier phones to change our order. That being said canceling and reordering was very simple. We definitely have our new date night place they have a great bar there too!

  This place has lost what once made it special. Movie Tavern used to have a soul, a calm, intimate atmosphere where you could come in early, sit at the bar, and actually feel relaxed before a movie. It was warm, comfortable, and distinct. It didn’t feel like every other loud, overstimulating theater chain. Now it does. The space has been stripped of its character and replaced with noise, harsh energy, and a generic “one-size-fits-all” vibe. It’s louder, more chaotic, and far less inviting. What was once a place you wanted to linger has become somewhere you rush through. It’s disappointing to watch a unique experience get flattened into sameness. Comfort was replaced with volume. Atmosphere with efficiency. I miss what this place used to be, and that’s a real letdown.

  This is a very clean and comfortable movie theatre! The hospitality services includes: typical movie popcorn, candy, fountain drinks, as well as well as alcoholic beverages and meals serviced to you in every theatre. I have yet to order bad food! The work envirnment can very toxic and appears to need team building efforts on management end, as well as front end staff. Lots of "soap opera" type drama happening in a busy business envirnment amongst employees and with customers caught in this drama..so be cautious and observe your envirnment. Clean up after yourself people..I have witnessed absolute digusting public respect from movie goers the consumers..and watch people leaving thier trash, garbage in movie theatres after movie is finished. Throw your trash out, in waste drops throughout theatre.. help your fellow consumers enjoy thier movie after you leave! Common sense.. Help support clean envirnment. Nobody should have to clean up after you in a public setting..including employees at Movie Tavern. Where is management for job coaching and holding people accountable, Observing employee moral. Toxic work envirnment equals toxic public setting for consumers! Love going to movies! Appreciate services offered and Marcus THEATRES which is VERY COMFORTABLE and clean! Thanks to all hard workers who make this movie theatre one of the best! Movie Tavern has the potential to be top a favorite theatre to see your favorite movies!

  You'll have to pay an additional $3 just to buy your tickets online. Which is pathetic & cowardly behavior by th owners 😂 How about you just list the actual price of the tickets. Then, the site tells you that members won't be charged this made up nonsense fee. Then! After you make an account, it reveals to you that members -actually- only won't be charged the made up fee after buying 4 tickets with the made up fee 😂 I'm going to the theatre this time because Avatar is worth it, but reasons like these are why Netflix is putting theatres out of business. That & most movies being garbage slop.
