Very friendly staff, theater was clean and pop was even better. Would suggest parking under lights with the door lock. Given how close the main bus stop is...

The sound volume is way, way to high. My ears are still ringing. The loud volume makes it really hard to enjoy or really even understand what the actors are saying. I've been told one should go and ask that the volume is turned down, which I have done in the past, sometimes it works, but you miss part of the movie.

Fun fact: If you attempt to avoid the excessively bloated number of previews and commercials that appear before a movie you cannot do that when it is the last showing of the evening. Their stated policy, which I discovered tonight is that the theater closes 15 minutes after the last showing. There is no compromise or understanding. So I wasn’t able to see the movie that I wanted to see. I think that when a movie says it starts at 10:00 pm and the actual film begins roughly 30 minutes later after being forced to watch many previews, preshow advertisements that aren’t for movies, etc. I don’t think that’s fair. Legally speaking, I think the case can be made that it’s actually unfair and deceptive trade practices. It’s not OK. It’s not my fault that post-pandemic financial desperation has forced them to increasingly bloat the number of previews, commercials, and other preshow elements. I am doing my part by being part of the movie going public and I’m being punished for that by being forced to sit through these excessive and ridiculous previews and pre-show commercials for coffee, Sprite and GEICO insurance. I don’t want to do that so I try to avoid the previews and as a result tonight I was unable to see the movie that I wanted to see so if you feel like me then please be aware that they have this policy in place that prevents you from avoiding the previews and you need to be there at least 15 minutes after the stated showtime even though the movie isn’t going to start anywhere near 15 minutes after the stated showtime. There needs to be compromise. Perhaps 20 minutes after the stated showtime of the last showing should be when they close the doors and shut people out from watching movies. They don’t want to watch excessive bloated previews. This is just another instance of everything sucking just a little bit more. I like going to the movies, but I’m not sure I wanna go back to their theater after the way they spoke to me about their policy. I think I will take my business elsewhere. I have been going to the movie theater for the better part of 10 years, but the previews have just gotten too excessive not that there’s any other movie theater that isn’t doing the same exact nonsense. I miss the 2000s and the 2010s when this practice wasn’t as prevalent because theaters were more concerned with the customer satisfaction of the movie theater going public. Furthermore, there’s absolutely no transparency, letting you know how many minutes of commercials, preshow, Noovie elements and previews there will be.
