  Used to be my favorite theater because of the reclining seats. Now the seats don’t recline far enough and the armrest doesn’t move up

  Was so sad today to see that they changed the seats. The super comfy red seats that fully reclined were one of the only reasons I still went to the theater, but the new ones are uncomfortable. I can’t understand why they changed them.

  This has always been my favorite theater. The only theater that compared is Cinergy. Cinemark Tulsa seats were my favorite, always comfy and clean. Today I went for the first time since they installed the new seating and unfortunately we will not be back. Our necks hurt throughout the entire movie, the backs didn't recline far enough. The heaters in the seats work great, and I like that they have tables, but the actual seats are just unbearable.

  Spent $60 DBox seats and Consessions. They broke, I got kicked out of my movie 40 minutes in because the seats were broken, given a partial refund and told I could come back later. It was a waste of my money and more importantly a massive waste of my time. I could forgive the broken seats but being kicked out 40 minutes into my movie is the worst customer service I have recieved from any business.

  The first time my husband and I came here the air conditioning was out. They immediately gave us free passes before the movie began and warned us about the AC, and I am grateful they did this because it felt horrible in there after an hour. I also dropped something and when we had to use a light to pick it up, the behind and under of the seats were so disgusting I wish I didnt have to pick up the item I dropped at all. Absolutely despicably low cleanliness standards. The next time we came we decided to try the Dbox seats. Do NOT do this. They are likely to be broken, and if they are apparently you'll get forcibly refunded and kicked out of the movie instead of offered the free passes and getting to stay for the movie in the broken seats. While I was discussing my own bad Dbox seats with them, they had one entire dbox theater room have to be shut down and everyone kicked out of it as well due to failing seats. Really appalled by the service to decide that was the way to handle this issue. We spent over 50$ to get to watch 40 minutes of a movie in seats that didn't work, then told to either get up and sit on entirely separate rows from each other or to leave and come back another day entirely. They forced one of the tickets to be made a pass, and due to the dbox seats costing double we'll have to return to this specific theater to be able to receive the equal value back which is entirely unfair when we specifically said we did not want to return to this location anymore. Just go the extra 15 minutes to the broken arrow theater.
