Awful experience. Front desk forgot to give us socks, so they got the whole team to hunt my family down and yell at them. Their manager Shane said it’s not our job to give you socks, it’s your responsibility to ask for them. What? Their front desk is nice, but Shane had no business raising his voice at a customer. Bro gives McDonald’s customer service in deescalation situations. Be aware franchise owner.

Bought tickets online. Tried online waiver. But apparently didnt go through. Meanwhile 3 young boys excited to go in had to wait. Impatiently while gramma stressed trying to do what she thought had been done. Boys had lots of fun but worker hit 7 year old grandson hard in dodgeball area. Why was he even in there? Workers should not be allowed to play. :(. Also, it seemed inappropriate to wait in line 15 minutes to add more time for the kiddos. Need an express line for the quick services. Ty. Plus, these are kids. My grandsons had a yellow flashing monitor and tried to go down one last slide. They were in line and it turned red as their turn came about. The worker turned them away. Instead of leaving on a high...they left upset. Should consider giving the kids a last time, especially if theyve been waiting in line. Ty

Do not have a birthday party here!!! I paid a LARGE sum of money to have a 2 hour party in the deluxe room. The check in process took over 30 minutes because the front desk people couldn’t figure out the wrist bands and they started marking people for the party when they hadn’t even show up yet. They just randomly charged me an extra $47 after the party without any notice at all. I did not have ANY EXTRA PEOPLE NOR DID I ADD ANYTHING TO MY PARTY. The icees that came with the party every flavor the kids wanted the machine wasn’t working. It just was an overall horrible party experience and I feel like I wasted a very large amount of money. Very disappointed.

The kids had a good time (ages 13, 11, 7). We waited for a very long time for a mat though. They need to either have more or have a system where you leave the mat at the end when you are done so the next person going up can have a mat. You pay for the amount of time you will be there. So to be standing around for 15 minutes waiting to find a mat really takes away from everything. The lines to get to the slides are diabolically designed. There are 6 different ways to get into the same line for 1 specific slide. So people are constantly cutting the line by coming in from one of the other entrances. There will also only be 1 entrance for 2 different slides. So the line could be crazy long from people wanting to ride the "blue" slide, but since the "pink" slide shares the same entrance, you will be stuck in line for a very long time waiting to reach the top to go down a slide that no one else has been using the whole time. Its a horrible system. There should be 1 set of stairs for each individual slide. Luckily when we arrived it wasn't crazy busy, but after seeing how bad it could be, I would never go on a weekend when it would be at the busiest. You will never get a mat and you'll be in line forever because of the layout.

**** ID GIVE - STARS IF I COULD. Visited this location 4/4 for a 10 am reservation. Received attitude from the attendant, being a smart ass, asking if all my kids were 3 because that’s the tickets I paid for when she could clearly see on the ages of the children and how big the kids were they’re weren’t 3. Was rudely told “well that’s the tickets you purchased” and it was made a HUGE deal. Her attitude was unbelievable. A male came up and stated we’d have to pay the difference, obviously and we didn’t mind. We shrugged it off and our children played. We rode all the slides on one side of the building just fine, no issues. When we got to the other side of the slides an attendant sent my 3 year old back down stating she’s not allowed to ride due to her age. Why can we ride some but not all? So we take our 3 year old to the kiddie play area where she went down the slide into another child’s PISS. I left to go get her new clothes while my husband stayed with the kids and they proceed to go down the first sets of slides where my 3 year old is AGAIN sent down saying she’s too young after riding these slides all along. You have attendants sleeping at the top of these slides not paying attention. We were NEVER told our 3 year old could only play in the kiddie area because had we been told WE WOULD HAVE LEFT IMMEDIATELY. It is impossible to get ahold of ANYONE at this location. The absolute worst experience we have ever had.
