I really wanted to enjoy this place, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The prices are very high for what you actually get, and it didn’t feel very kid-friendly. One of the biggest concerns was safety — my 18-year-old cut her arm on one of the slides, which should never happen at a place meant for families. Another thing that took away from the experience was not being allowed to slide together. When you bring kids, you expect to be able to enjoy things as a family, especially if younger kids may be nervous or need help. That rule made it a lot less fun for us. For the amount of money we spent, we expected a safer and more family-friendly environment. I hope the management looks into the slide safety and reconsiders some of the rules so other families have a better experience. Unfortunately, based on our visit, we won’t be returning.

Just a name, not a lot to play with, just slides but very high for most kids under 8. I paid 160 for my for kids socks included for 120 hours and the kids complained there was basically nothing they could play with because they were scared of the hight of the slides. I was so sad they were not happy.

Besides being over priced spent over $300 for what We had a very disappointing experience at Slick City. It was our first time visiting, and we followed the instructions given to us by one of the staff members before going down the slide. However, after we did exactly what we were told, a team lead began screaming at our minor child, my husband, and me. There was no reason for the situation to escalate like that — especially toward a child. If there is a lack of communication between the staff at the top of the slides and other employees, that should not fall on customers — especially first-time visitors who are simply following instructions. We understand safety is important, but professionalism and respectful communication are just as important. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.

It was incredibly busy for my daughters birthday party. They book way too many parties in a day. It was complete chaos with the number of people. My husband dropped us off at the door and had to park at the bank, after driving around for 15 minutes to find a place to park. The parking area is ridiculous! Various staff gave us 3 different responses to the procedure for entering for the party, making my guests have to go back and forth and redo the waivers that were completed online. Which should have been taken care of upon entering. They also OVER CHARGED my card with the tip. I wrote in what my tip was ($22) and they charged ($40) . I have disputed it with them and they have not responded. I'm now disputing with my bank. It isn't much, but it is the point that they changed and charged what they wanted to, even though tipping the party hostess was NOT mandatory. A $11 an hour tip for the hostess we shared with multiple other parties was sufficient, and I would have tipped more had she helped my kids find the slide mats. I did appreciate that she made accommodations for my husband. They had us up some very steep stairs, in a very crowded party area and when I went upstairs I let her know my husband would have an issue getting up the stairs, so she suggested a table in the middle of the chaos downstairs or one in the "reserved" front corner area. So I chose the front corner which was more secluded. That was very appreciated considering it was not in the middle of the chaos everywhere else. She was very kind and tried to be as helpful as her busy shift would allow. They only give 1 tiny cup (approximately 4 ounces) for each person in the party (10) and then you have to BUY cups from them, even though we bought several pitchers of soda. If you're doing a birthday party, the hostesses are split between several parties, which is ok if they didn't have 30 parties at a time with minimal staff to maintain them. Our hostess did the best she could with the number of guests she was responsible for. The place itself is fun & cool, but I am pretty certain they exceeded the Fire Marshall's maximum occupancy. It was incredibly packed to the point you had to search for the slide pads. And with paying $40 per child, each party should've had a MINIMUM number of slide pads reserved for the party guests. The food was as expected, nothing more, nothing less. We had to buy socks in addition to the party fee, but only had 7 guests. I had to pay for a minimum of 10 and I had to convince them that I was owed the extra 3 pair of socks I had paid for. No one told me I could've refunded the additional pair, they acted as if I were trying to get something for free when I had already paid in advance for 10 pair, as required. Each party guest received a big bag with a water bottle and 4 tiny rubber bracelets as their party favor gift. It seemed like a waste and an afterthought. My daughter received a free pass to return, so I am hoping our next experience will be much better than this one. They just pack too may people in the space and it is complete chaos. If our next visit is better, I will update my review. But it's unlikely since it seems money is more important than the experience and potential return of guests.

Slides and play areas are great. Plenty to do, so wife wants to slide next time too! Would be 5 stars if not for the absolutely *insane* prices. This market is competitive; Urban Air, Jump Zone, Ground Control, Get Air… all within like 20 minutes of Slick City… there’s no room for a business to nickel and dime the customer… this isn’t a ball game. Don’t expect to eat there without getting gouged. Urban air food prices are high, this place is even higher. $4 for an ice packed drink with *no refills* is plain, overt greed. $13 for a small portion of chicken strips, equally small waffle fries, and a no refill drink is just unacceptable. Even their socks are higher than other places, $5, and they require theirs specifically. I understand generating a brand loyalty, but really it just reminds the customer of the greed, and the 4 other options close by…
