  Not the local employees’ fault, but it’s too expensive! We spent $82 for admission and snacks for 3 teen girls. Had I known a popcorn deal for 2 was $45 I never would have ordered it. There are no prices on the menus. We are done going to the movies.

  It is easy to purchase tickets online, have the clerk scan our tickets and to the concession where the process is easy to follow and get your snacks. The theater is clean, and love the seats, as they are heated.

  The movie experience is definitely going downhill. To begin with, walking in felt like a ghost town. It was such a large space with seemingly three or four teenagers running the whole show. And it's not their fault, they were doing as best as they could. But the bang was definitely not worth the buck. Two adults and a child, and we got out of there for just under $100. For the service that wasn't there, and the total experience, we should get a refund. Don't get me wrong, I like seeing people actually working behind counters. Put this experience could have been a lot better if it was completely automated. I blame management, or should I say.. the lack thereof. Two stars is generous.

  We go here pretty often and even though its an hour and 10 minutes away its the best and we will continue to go, there was one time a movie messed up so they couldn't show it until a couple hours later so they could fix the issue so they gave us free movie tickets, then one other time my whole family went and the movie time was wrong and our seating was separated so they gave us 15 free tickets to use and all the free popcorn, snacks and drinks we wanted, they go above and beyond, love the seats and how clean the theater is, there was one set of bathrooms that was all dirty the last time which has never been like that before so not sure why it was, but we love this place 🙂

  I've been a loyal customer of Cinemark Tinseltown since they opened their doors. It has been a very long journey of many late night movie parking lot walks, handfuls of popcorn, and good laughs/scares. I cannot state enough how much I genuinely love Tinseltown especially since I've been to DOZENS of other theaters and nothing quite meets the marker. Sometime service isn't top-tier but 9 times out of 10 it is quality. Theaters are clean, bathrooms are clean, food is fresh, and the membership perks are outstanding! I cannot express how amazing the perks are; if you get your free monthly tickets and don't see a movie, yes they roll over, but they can also be cashed in for money for snacks! Love that! Lastly, safety, they usually always have an officer outside the theater for late nights so I always feel safe walking to my car and visiting the theater. Life-long customer and as long as things continue the way they do, then I'll continue to be.
