  This was our first time visiting Slick City. We travelled two hours from Louisville. It was worth the trip. The facility is so clean and the place is so colorful and vibrant. I’m 40 yrs old and the slides were so much fun! I didn’t realize how fast they were but what a rush some of them were. I can’t say enough great things about our experience here. Great job staff and owners. What a goldmine

  I had a great experience at Slick City Springdale! We came during an early booking on April 7th, and even though the environment was high-energy and a bit chaotic at times, everything was still handled really well. One employee who truly stood out was Carrie. She did an amazing job managing the chaos with professionalism and a positive attitude. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and made sure everything stayed on track for guests. Her customer service really made a difference in our visit. I also spoke with a manager with red hair and made sure to let her know how great Carrie was. It’s always nice to see hardworking employees being recognized, and Carrie absolutely deserves it. During our visit, I ended up purchasing extra socks that I didn’t end up needing. I asked about getting a refund for those unused socks, and it was taken care of immediately, which I really appreciated. Overall, still a 5-star experience thanks to the outstanding customer service!

  There's a bunch of adventure parks out there but they did this one absolutely right. There's bouncy court basketball, dodgeball, mini arcade, snack center, event center and best of all over 11 different kinds of slides. An absolute blast for kids of all ages. Very clean. Plenty of seating with ample viewing space for adults monitoring their children. Super helpful and kind staff. My kids had a blast for 90 minutes straight and are already asking to come back. Fun refreshing idea.

  The excitement hits you as you walk in the door. The check in was quick and the staff was friendly and efficient. There is room to move - you do not feel crammed in. The colors are vibrant, there is seating for parents, a great locker system so you don't need to worry about your belongings while you are busy playing. A great fun-filled adventure!

  Quiero compartir una experiencia negativa que tuvimos en este lugar. Fuimos en familia para que los niños disfrutaran, pero lamentablemente el trato en el área de comida fue muy desagradable. El personal se mostró impaciente al momento de atendernos debido a la barrera del idioma. En lugar de ayudarnos o tratar de entendernos, comenzaron a reírse y a hacer comentarios entre ellos, lo cual se sintió como una burla frente a nuestra familia. Fue una situación incómoda y poco profesional, especialmente en un lugar donde se espera que las familias se sientan bienvenidas. Creo que es importante que el personal reciba capacitación en servicio al cliente y trato respetuoso, independientemente del idioma que hablen los visitantes. Ojalá puedan mejorar este aspecto, ya que nadie debería sentirse menospreciado por no hablar perfectamente el idioma.
