They seemed understaffed, so both the entry line and the food line took quite a while, and my seat was noticeably dirty when I sat down. Aside from that, the theater itself was nice and the movie was great, but a little more attention to cleanliness and staffing would really improve the experience.
- DDDragDeepDive2 days ago1.0DO NOT! And I repeat do NOT come here for food and drinks. Behind the bar counter is absolutely filthy, dead flies in cups, flies flying around. Don't even get me started with the consessions area. Sticky & crummy counters, a box of pretzels and hotdogs just sitting out in a cardboard box. Also very disappointed when one of the associates stuck their fingers in my popcorn bucket. When I asked for a new one I was met with an immediate attitude, not the service I expect from Marcus at all. This location in particular needs to have an inspector look at it for sure. Although I will say the fried pickles were very good.

Employees make mistakes but they will make them right. On the whole if you don't mind a grungy experience this is a good theater
