- MBMichelle BJan 1, 20261.0Took my son to this theater for the first time, We were in theater 1 and I have never been to a theater so dirty and stinky before. There were old food/popcorn all over the floors and chairs and even the chair cup holders were disgusting and sticky. Who ever is responsible for cleaning the theaters needs to be fired. You could tell the carpets and chairs do not get cleaned properly just by the old dirty smell. We would not recommend this theater
- CCCaseyDec 30, 20251.0On 12/09/2025 my significant other and myself went to Marcus Pickerington as we do every week. However. This time the experience was grossly unnaceptable. 1. We ordered food and were handed a buzzer, we went to sit in our assigned seats and watched previews, the movie began. The buzzer went off so I left the film to pick up the food. The people at the counter said "The food is not ready, we just had a question" and they asked for clarification on the sauces. This should have been answered when it was ordered. So I had to wait and miss much of the movie. The food order was over $40 2. The film was in the "super screen" but the projector alignment had the movie far out of center, and was not even utilizing the whole screen. This was Theater 15. Very terrible "superscreen" experience. I could hardly focus on what little film I saw and what little amount of the full screen that was utilized because of the poor targeting of the projector to the screen and misalignment. I have went to over 100 movies at this theater in the past few years as evidenced by my account, but this experience was awful. 3. I tried to raise the issue on the app and the chat system said to choose an option and did not display any options. Then when you click end session it does nothing. It is very broken and inconvenient and does not function for myself or any of my friends. 4. I tried to tweet to get attention to solve the issues and no responses or acknowledgement. 5. I tried to e-mail and no responses were given. I went to BBB and no response to my complaint.
