  As a mom who checks recent reviews before visiting an establishment and planning a birthday party, let this be your warning. If you are ok with disorganization, overstimulation, long wait times for attractions, amongst many other flaws then this is the place for you. By the end of it all, I was completely over being there and couldn't wait to leave. I gave this place 2 stars only because the pizza was hot and good for arcade pizza and I didn't have to clean up anything afterwards (not that there was much to clean anyway).

  SUCKED! The games are supposed to be able to be played for Each swipe of the game card you purchase when ya come in the front door. MANY MANY games had to swipe More than once, Double charging to play, and some still wouldn't let us play. Food was Not great, and the Service SUCKED!

  Kind of a dump the go carts were garbage wouldn’t let my kid ride next to me because they were only allowing the one person rider karts which doesn’t make sense because my daughter is 5 and wanted to ride them and me being an adult I can care less about a go kart for a kid place they don’t care about your kids they just want money the mini golf was closed the entire day I paid full price for a pass and got half the crap will never go here again and don’t recommend this place

  Disappointed. We drove an hour & a half up, got here & can’t even do anything. Unlimited passes can’t be purchased until after 4pm & mini golf is completely closed down. Yes, I called & their machine tells me to refer to the website, I referred to the website & emailed the address down & got no correspondence back. I reached out on Monday trying to get ahold of anyone that could answer questions or just tell us basic information & got no where. Added photo of what info was on the unlimited pass..

  **⭐️⭐️ (2/5)** This place used to be so much fun, but our recent visit was really disappointing. I bought **unlimited attraction tickets** for my 7-year-old and his friend, and we definitely didn’t get our money’s worth. Long lines with **only one person at the front desk**, multiple attractions **closed or partially broken** (bumper cars, arcade wall, mini bowling lanes, only one mini golf course open), and ongoing **swipe card issues** that were never resolved. Food service was chaotic—waited **15 minutes** just to be told food wasn’t available at one bar, had to order at the Pin Deck, where their side machines were out of order. waited **an hour for pizza**, which came out incorrect. (Wrong toppings!) Staff were mostly kind but clearly **understaffed**, and the laser tag attendant was unhelpful with first-time players. Long waits everywhere, including go-karts and 4D rides. I really wish there had been **online notice that many attractions weren’t working**. Sadly, not worth the price and not the experience it used to be.
