- UGUltimate Wicket G3 days ago2.0I visited the Cinemark Milford 16 location Wednesday Morning (11/19/2025) to see the 9:15am showing of Chainsaw Man The Movie: Reze Arc. I give props to the staff for being professional and answering questions I had about concessions and tickets. The problem was inside the theater room itself due to the sound volume. The movie previews were louder overall than the actual movie and seemed to have surround sound while the movie had very little to no surround sound. The movie in general was just quieter especially when it came to the musical notes. It was difficult to hear the soundtrack, I was disappointed as a result. Mind you I was also the only person in the theater room for the movie too. The Milford location is usually a great time, unfortunately not so much on Wednesday.

Unfortunately this was incorrect, the previews started at 9:50 and literally went on and on for about 40 minutes before the movie actually started. - SSSah Shy (Sasha)Oct 8, 20251.0We went to watch a regional Indian movie last week. The tickets were $20.99 each, quite expensive for a foreign language movie! We went and settled in our seats, there were series of commercial that were screened for good 20 minutes. Then an "Intermission" screen comes up and everyone in the theater had no clue what was happening. My husband went out to check and informed one of the staff. After 10 minutes, a staff came saying the movie was not injested into their system and hence they would refund our tickets. The seats are not great when compared to Regal(Mason). They could have give some type of extra compensation for time n travel but they just refunded our tickets and gave me corporate number to call. Today I spoke to an agent asking if we can be compensated further, she straightaway said no. I am not going to Cinemark in the future. We watched the same movie at Regal yeaterday($17/ticket), our experiences were Royal. The seats are 200 times better!
