    The workers were extremely nice and helpful. I was disappointed in how run down the theater we were in was. Our seats where torn and had dried/melted food on the seats.

    Service was horrible! I was walking through the hallways and the workers with the brooms in the hallways passed me and didn't acknowledge me at all! Not a single hello, enjoy your movie, or ANYTHING! AND when I went into the bathroom...there was a speck of paper towel on the floor...utterly disgusting! There was also 10 WHOLE unpopped popcorn kernels at the bottom of my popcorn bucket...unacceptable. Also, the last time I was there around 8:30, my online order was ready 2 minutes after it was supposed to be finished. This is the worst service ever and I will never return to Cinemark.
