Went here with my wife, and our card was "mysteriously" missing after handing the race track workers (2nd shift, 4/23/2026) our play card, and under our noses never handed it back. Upon asking where it went, it supposedly is gone. Went to the front counter, and the person working at the front asked us, "Was it the guy with glasses?", alluding that this is a repeated history of this happening. After a bit, the manager came up from to mend the issue, but only restored a guesstimate of what we had left in play credits (excluding tickets). Was essentially conned out of $30~ in play credits in 500~ tickets. Half the games are out of order but still take your credits. Just go to Round1.

I visited for the first time today and it will be my last. When we first walked in, we wanted to get food and a drink, so we went to the bar straight ahead from the entrance where a blonde bartender with glasses told us that she wanted to leave, so she wasn't going to make us drinks so she could get back to her four-year-old... I didn't ask her to work today, so why was she mean to me for just trying to sit at the bar? I didn't want to stay where I wasn't wanted, so we left. Most of the games were broken and there was no manager to be found. This was a horrible experience and I wish I had done anything else than give scene 75 a try.

Horrible birthday experience. My son’s party was scheduled we asked the manager about the pizza due to my son having autism and sensory issues with certain foods he only eats 1 kind of pizza. I wasn’t refusing to pay for their pizza but I wanted to bring in pizza he’d like. Anyways, they allowed me to bring in slices of pizza for him only. To me that was pointless and would make other kids jealous, so just had my son eat before. So the pizza here is trash, was cold, cheese not melted, super flimsy….. disgusting. I asked for another drink option because the sprite was all carbonation, also was told they would bring fruit punch and never did. Never received serving utensils for the pizza, used a napkin to grab it for the kids. Also had to look multiple times for the host for more napkins, plates. The utensil for cake broke 2 times. Had to find him for that. For $500 you’d think things would have ran smoothly and more efficiently. Nope. Huge waste of money. We won’t even go into half the games being out of order or a limit of 4 people on the bumper car things. So disappointed. Never again.

Went here over the weekend with my kids while in town for spring break, and it was a pretty disappointing experience. Several attractions were closed — including the baseball area, X-Rider 4D, mini bowling, laser tag, drop tower, and a good portion of the inflatables — and none of this was communicated at check-in or posted anywhere. On top of that, the facility felt poorly maintained. There were spilled drinks on the floor that stayed there the entire time we were there, and a number of arcade games were either broken or not functioning properly. The go-karts were the one bright spot — those were genuinely fun. But beyond that, the place felt run down and not worth the cost. If you go, go for the go-karts and keep your expectations low.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Scene 75 was extremely disappointing—especially considering we spent over $500. The overall cleanliness of the facility was unacceptable. The dining area in particular was disgusting, which immediately raised concerns about food safety. The kitchen manager did eventually come out and assist us and provided us with what we needed and I was thankful for that. Service across the board was just as frustrating. Bar service was incredibly slow and disorganized, and staff members were frequently on their phones instead of paying attention to guests. It felt like customer service was not a priority at all. I will give credit to the girl who is running laser tag named Annie. She provided a great experience. Even more concerning was the lack of attentiveness to safety. There were injuries that occurred—one in the lobby and another near the go-kart area—and staff did not respond appropriately or with urgency. To make matters worse, several attractions and machines were either delayed or completely nonfunctional, which significantly impacted the experience. Overall, this was a very poor experience and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend Scene 75 unless there are major improvements in cleanliness, service, and overall management.
