Took my kids to Scene75 Entertainment Center in Dayton, OH on Saturday expecting to have a great day and left within 2 hrs really disappointed.
I bought 4 unlimited attraction passes and loaded $100 in arcade credits for my boys. Unfortunately a lot of the games were down for technical issues — which happens — but many of them were NOT clearly marked as out of order. Kids were swiping cards and the games were still taking credits even though they didn’t work. One machine had $44 sitting on it from people trying to play.
The kiosks to check balances were also down, and there was only one technician working on all the machines. We did get some credits refunded, but by that point my kids were frustrated and just used the rest of their credits and wanted to leave.
Some of the machines that convert coins/cards into tickets were also down or kept stopping, so we had to bounce around just to cash in tickets.
I completely understand things break, but when games are down and still taking credits without clear signs it makes for a frustrating experience.
Hoping this was just an off day because my kids were really excited to go and I’d love to give it another try.

Thank you to Curtis Mann and the entire Scene75 team for an absolutely amazing experience for our 113+ students from Edison Elementary! From the planning stages to our arrival, throughout playtime, and all the way to departure, you all rolled out the red carpet for our kids.
Although the laser tag and bowling attractions were not operational during our visit, our students’ moods were quickly turned upside-right because they were so engaged with everything else Scene75 had to offer. They never missed a beat!

We have been coming to Scene 75 for about 6 years, but I don’t think we will be back after a visit, yesterday. So many things were broken and/or out of order. The black light mini golf course appeared to be open, however the golf ball dispenser was broken and would not dispense any golf balls. The card reader still took the $7. No signage or warning that machine was broken. The other mini golf course was also a disaster. The upkeep in this area is extremely poor. Most of that course is covered in mulch, making it almost impossible to actually play. You learn this after you have already paid $10 per person. Avoid the mini golf all together. Almost all of the "attractions" were either broken down, or not running. No to the roller coaster, drop tower, and carousel. The Go Karts were open. Also, for some reason they have added some additional "safety" requirements. A newly implemented height limit for the bounce house area. My kid was about an inch over the limit, and pretty bummed she couldn't go in that area anymore. We won't be back, again.

We took our three grandkids and two adult children and ourselves so a total of four adults and three children and one infant. Can’t really complain about the arcade and rides. There was A couple of attractions down. But the food service sucked. They had one guy named Izzy at the bar and I went in first thing and ordered two drinks and an appetizer until we could all get our orders in. It took three times to order the appetizer because they messed it up that many times. The servers were very nice, but Izzy kept coughing and touching his mouth and then we try to serve you the drinks with his hands on the rims of the glasses. Or just stand there and cough and not cover His mouth at all never saw him wash his hands. I’m sorry I just find that gross. Actually, I made him redo a beer because he put his hands all over the part where you drink. I even spoke to him. I’m not sure he even cared. And I spoke to him in private.

I really want to like it but I’m disappointed almost every time we go. We mainly go for the bounce area (because the games are very expensive), which has been closed 8/10 times we’ve gone. This last time we went (2/14/26), only the bigger kid bounce house was running and my kids were too short for it. Talk about some very sad kiddos. The employee said we could still use the toddler play area for the $5 per kid bounce house price, such a joke. That area is filthy btw.
The most frustrating part is that I ALWAYS try to call beforehand because it’s a 25 minute drive but no one has ever answered the phone. I’ve even left messages but I never get called back. Their automated texting system messages me saying that someone will call, but no one does.
The food is pricey and not good. They are definitely understaffed. We have gift cards but I don’t think we’ll even go back again. We’ll go to Magic Castle or Nova over Scene 75 now. Game prices at Magic Castle are much more reasonable. Nova has trampolines and is very clean. Kid Clubhouse is also awesome!
