I bought nachos $18.99,(which are prepaid with tip 18%), they only had cheese, pork, and jalapeños. No avocado. No sour cream. No salsa. Some of the games took credits and did not function- thereby wasting money. When workers are notified, there is nothing they can do to assist. There is no contact number to get credits issued in website or receipts.

Thank you to Curtis Mann and the entire Scene75 team for an absolutely amazing experience for our 113+ students from Edison Elementary! From the planning stages to our arrival, throughout playtime, and all the way to departure, you all rolled out the red carpet for our kids. Although the laser tag and bowling attractions were not operational during our visit, our students’ moods were quickly turned upside-right because they were so engaged with everything else Scene75 had to offer. They never missed a beat! One moment that truly stood out: a young student misplaced his lunch, and even though we offered to purchase a replacement, your team provided him a lunch at no cost. That level of care speaks volumes. The facility was spotless, fully staffed, and every team member we encountered—especially in the kitchen—was kind, patient, and courteous. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Our students had a fantastic time, and we will absolutely be returning. Thank you again, Curtis and crew!

I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but Scene75 in Dayton left me genuinely frustrated and wondering how this place is even still operating. From the minute we walked in, it was obvious the whole facility is poorly maintained and completely mismanaged. Most of the arcade games were either broken, glitching, or just flat-out not working. We wasted credits over and over again with no staff in sight to help, refund, or even acknowledge the issues. And speaking of staff—good luck finding anyone. It felt like the entire building was running with zero employees on the floor. No supervision, no assistance, no one checking on anything. For a place marketed as a family entertainment center, that’s unacceptable. The rides were another huge disappointment. A handful of them were shut down, and the ones that were “open” didn’t seem safe or properly staffed. It honestly felt like walking through an abandoned amusement center that no one cares about anymore. The food was a disaster. I’m not exaggerating when I say gas-station food would’ve been an upgrade. What we ordered tasted old, cheap, and poorly prepared. For the prices they charge, that’s ridiculous. The bathrooms? Dirty, smelly, and clearly not cleaned regularly. For a place with so many kids and families coming through, that’s not just gross—it’s a health issue. And let’s talk about the “deals” they advertise. Don’t waste your time or your money. They hype up specials that sound great on paper, but once you’re inside, you realize they’re essentially meaningless. Most of the games and attractions you’re supposedly getting a deal on aren’t even working, and the value you think you're getting disappears the second you see how rundown everything is. It’s nothing more than bait to get you in the door. Overall, our visit was a complete waste of time and money. Scene75 has gone downhill fast, and it shows in every corner of the building. Unless they overhaul the entire operation—from maintenance to staffing to cleanliness—I will absolutely not return. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere that actually cares about the customer experience.

Me and my husband just came here last Saturday. We wanted to play the basketball games that are right in front of putt putt. Two of the stations were down you couldn’t plan then the ones you could play were missing basketballs. We wanted to play the cup pong day, those stations have credits from where people were trying to play them, but there were no balls to playlist the bowling area. The lane furthest to the left kept messing up on my husband just overall that place is not well maintained like there’s a lot of games and activity that are not working properly. For the amount of money that you spend going there one would just expect for the stuff to be working properly. Disappointment to say the least we want to try out a different scene 75 in hopes that not all locations have so many issues with their activities.

My family thoroughly enjoys coming here. We love the games and the attractions, it’s a great space for family fun HOWEVER, there is never anyone back at the snack zone. Every time we come, it’s completely empty. I have 3 kids and we all get thirsty and need a refresher but we always end up disappointed because no one is ever back there. We also don’t carry cash, PLUS the ATM machine was down so we were unable to get drinks in the entire place without going into their restaurant. You guys should really think about either having staff at that station or getting machines that take Apple Pay/chip reader.
