My family and I have been coming here for years and it's sad to see how bad it's gotten. It was already expensive to come and get a "Good afternoon of fun" in but the prices have only gotten more expensive. So many of the games were down completely, ate our credits before realizing it wasn't working or failed to dispense tickets to our card after playing. It quickly became too time consuming to keep getting someone to help us. When we got thirsty the water fountains were broken and the snack stand was closed so we were directed to the restaurant. We waited for awhile despite the place being pretty empty and was never helped. The several employees working disappeared into the back or played on their phone instead so we just left. The kids still had fun but most of our time and money was spent on rides and the bounce house, one of which wasn't even available. Overall, it's not worth the time and money to come here anymore.

Let’s start with the good: - We decided to try this place because of their “Rise and Ride” program over the holidays that offered 50% off of the unlimited ride pass before noon. That’s a good deal for parents who are looking to entertain six kids on a cold day. - Many of the rides were operational. The go karts were an especially enjoyable part. Now, for the not-so-good: - They were terribly understaffed. You end up waiting longer for rides, to check out for tickets, and for food (see below) because they simply do not have enough staff working. - Rides/attractions broke down. The bumper cars were down. The homerun simulator was down. Two lanes on the mini bowling were down, so you had to wait for the only two lanes that were operational. Half of the X Rider simulator was shut down. So, you’re paying for rides and attractions that you cannot use. - The absolute worst part was the food and service at the bar and grill. We were planning on feeding the kids at the snack bar, but … you guessed it! It was shut down. That left the overpriced bar and grill as the only place to feed six hungry kids. We spent $80 (before tip) on three orders of kids chicken tenders and one appetizer sampler, which feels like a bait-and-switch when they offer cheap admission and then obscene prices for food and drink. It took 45 minutes to get the order! Read that again. We ordered all fried food, and it took 45 minutes with six hungry kids going out of their minds. And I know what you’re thinking: They were not busy when we got there. Okay. Not great. But the worst part was the food was disgusting! The chicken fingers were hard and overcooked. Avoid the bar and grill at all cost! I gave it two stars because the kids had a good time, but the parents … not so much.

We visited the Scene75 Dayton location and were extremely disappointed. Half the attractions were shut down, which was never disclosed when we paid extra for attraction passes. Many arcade games were out of order, and several took our money without letting us play. While refunds were given when we could find staff, it became a constant hassle having to track someone down every time. They were significantly understaffed. The putt putt course is unplayable, completely overrun with mulch. The games were also dirty and poorly maintained, with visible dirt and dust buildup. Most bars and refreshment stands were closed, leaving one bartender to handle everything. Other staff members stood around chatting instead of helping. It took nearly 25 minutes to get three bottles of water. This place has gone significantly downhill compared to past visits. It was a huge waste of money, and we won’t be returning.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went with my fiancé to play arcade games, spent $250 dollars on a card, to not even get through half of it before we got fed up and left. A good 80% of the games are glitched, broken, or just don’t work at all. Absolutely AWFUL, such a waste of time, and money. The games are overpriced, and NONE WORK! The glow in the dark mini golf course is trashed, bottles on the ground, etc. all over the floor. Not a single staff member in sight to help you with the games or anything. No refunds, and the lady we talked to at the front was just downright disgustingly rude to my fiancé. We will not be back. This place has fallen off. DO NOT waste your money, or your time going here. The place is trashed, and it smells so bad. The bathrooms are also disgusting, and dirty. For a family friendly place, it’s a health hazard. It needs shut down. spend your money elsewhere.

My daughter was bored 10 minutes into being there. I’d say 20% of the games were out of order. Everywhere you look you can find some sort of disrepair. Tried to eat at the restaurant but EVERY SINGLE TABLE that was open was dirty and uncleaned while staff just sat around. Mostly disappointed in the game options as it’s gone wayyyy down hill from its former self. My recommendation as a customer is you need far more variety of games, they need to be working and the staff needs to be working also. I remember when this place first came around, there was no way to get bored. Now, it feels boring as you walk in with the dumb little coin pusher machines taking up the entire front entrance. Disappointed is an understatement and won’t be back for a long time.
