  We have been on multiple field trips here and without a doubt Lindsey is the easiest and kindest person to work with! She is understanding when we had bus delays and we know our kids with have fun! The adapted play equipment is so much fun for our class and every adult that goes has only wonderful things to say! We love Capabilities!

  If you’re looking for a place to celebrate your little one, Capabilities is your place! Lindsay went above and beyond to make sure my little boy had an amazing party. She was very kind, extremely helpful and overall so pleasant to do business with. She helped make my son’s party unforgettable for both him and myself, as her helpfulness alleviated the anxiety that comes with hosting. Thank you Capabilites for a party we won’t forget!

  We had the pleasure of holding our son’s 5th birthday party here this past weekend. Our son has a heart defect, hydrocephalus, epilepsy, CP, and non-verbal autism, so as you can imagine, has many high needs. We wanted to have friends and family be able to gather to celebrate all of his accomplishments, but in a place that felt comfortable to him, and listen when I tell you, this place was it. If you are looking at holding a gathering, event, party, etc… for your child, regardless of ability, Capabilities is the place to be! It is a clean, friendly and inclusive environment that not only allowed us to have all of our son’s biggest supporters in one place, but also allowed him the room to be who he is! Thank you for everything! We will be back for sure!

  Capabilities - this place is absolutely a labor of so much love. My child had the time of their lives ...and honestly so did I (not saying I entered the play area but I definitely considered it👀). We feel so comfortable and included there. It is so clean!! Have you seen their Instagram videos- they wash their ball pit by hand. 😱 The owners and staff are absolutely amazing *hugs*! Follow their socials! They are hilarious too. We will definitely be back and spreading the word!!! Wonderful choice to spend a day! Way to go, Capabilities!

  Took my autistic daughter here and it was extremely busy with children and parents. My child is very sensitive to loud noises and crowds and she did not have a good time and we ended up leaving after 10 minutes. When I heard about Capabilities it seemed like it would be a great place for someone like my daughter to play at but there were no quiet play areas/play rooms for children with sensory issues. With a name like Capabilities -play for all abilities, I figured there would be some type of setup for kids with autism but there was not. It was an overwhelming experience for her and there seemed to be too many children in there. Some of the foam did not look safely attached to the wooden beams either. I think it would be a better place if there were quiet play rooms only for those with sensory issues like noises and limit it to 2 or 3 children at a time. Maybe lower the max occupancy of the building because as a parent I was also overwhelmed with the sounds of children and adult chatter in a small building. I understand this is normal for indoor and outdoor playgrounds but I thought this place catered towards those with disabilities and autism is a disability. I'm writing this review not to be nasty or rude, but to give constructive criticism and hope for improvements :)
