  Movie was great entertainment! The rest of this review is not without attempting to have a dialogue before I posted it. Cuyahoga Falls State Rd. Theatre- Portage Crossing. I’ve tried customer service and gotten every prompt, but no person. I tried the local phone number and got a fax machine… Who even has fax anymore? I am a guest that attended on crutches. I went to use the facilities afterwards, and there were no paper towels. Had I not been at the very end of the hall upon exiting, with my husband waiting outside at that exit, I would have gone back through the very busy lobby through all the people to let them know that there were no paper towel towels. No paper towels might be a problem, but the slick floor was also a huge problem! Using crutches on wet tile, not having any paper towels to dry your hands and using crutches, and just having a wet floor in general with no paper towels to dry it -all seems to be any number of potentially big issues. However, I cannot reach one live person to share that with. Therefore, I am sharing it as a post, and unfortunately, a negative review. Had someone been available to address the situation or a way to contact a live person this may have received better than two stars. Do not call the local number, it is a fax/a farce- and live chat takes you to the failure of an 800 number to endless prompts, but no where can you connect with a live person that could actually help right a bad situation….

  Its been years since I've been in a movie theater. I had no idea seats are assigned and a ticket for 1 (one) person is $15, a small popcorn & fountain drink $14. 😳 WOO WHEW!

  Frustrating Experience – Cinemark Cuyahoga Falls poorly experience Time Time Time please respect the TIME my recent visit on 12/20/2025 ​Sitting through 25 minutes of mandatory advertisements—not movie trailers, but commercial ads—after the posted start time is unacceptable. I value my time and my family’s time, and I find this practice misleading and disrespectful to your patrons. Here you pay to watch ads for over 25 minutes before the advertised start time plus 10 more because you came early total 35 minutes ads , while somewhere charges you to remove ads. The movie was advertised to start at 8:25 PM, yet we were forced to sit through a relentless stream of pointless advertisements until 8:50 PM — , unnecessary ads. I came with my children to spend quality time together, not to be trapped watching this , irrelevant commercials. This wasn’t entertainment, This is not “previews.” This is forced advertising, and it shows a clear lack of respect for customers who plans their evening around the posted start time. If Cinemark intends to run this many ads, then honesty requires posting the actual movie start time. Personally, I am not a cinema enthusiast, and after this experience, I will not be repeating it.

  The movie theater was clean, getting in and getting out was absolutely excellent. Had no problem with my experience at this movie theater.

  We rented a theater for a private showing of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation for friends and family. Everyone had a blast and it makes for a great holiday tradition! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Theater was clean and comfortable. They have a good list of holiday and non-holiday classic movies to choose from. We’ll be back again next year!
