Went on Friday to get the Double Play. First nobody was at the fron desk to check us in. They had laser tag running once an hour starting at 630pm they open at 11am, we got there at 430. They did tell us when we got there and didn't find out until we stood outside of it for 15mins. This was at 530. The go karts were our second option and took 30 to 45mins between each race. You can't check someone in for an attraction and not tell them it's pretty much closed all day. None of your staff knew what was going on. Zero communication and completely unorganized. This will be the last time we come here. I will find somewhere else to take my son for his birthday. Too bad there isn't a 0 star option.

Cool cancept, poor execution. Lots of repeat games and many that did not work. We lost prob $5-$10 at least on games that wouldn’t work, were missing balls etc. When we brought it up to somebody they didn’t do anything and didn’t seem to care. Go karts were a mess. Wait time was insane. Nobody could make a full lap with out them being stopped multiple times. I don’t think we will do this again. Wasn’t worth the price.

2 complaints. My 12 year old likes to ride the go carts with her friends. They got in line for the go karts and there was only 7 or eight people in front of them. It took 45 minutes just to get on the go carts. The kids they have running these things are very very slow. They are always a little slow bc I know they are going thru safety checks etc, but 45 min wait for a 4 min ride is grueling. And like I said there was 1 group in front of them. Also you used to be able to get decent deals on these go karts but now it's $45 for the all day pass. They either need to lower the prices or speed these kids up running it because at this rate they'll get to ride about three times for $45. This place has gone downhill. We probably won't be back and that's a shame bc she used to really like this place.

Visit date: April 11th, 2026 between 1pm and 6pm. Underwhelming and ok at best. I bought 5 unlimited day passes at $45 a piece. Lazer Maze, 4D theater, inflatables and some other attractions were closed. Unlimited attractions, right. The price was justified by going on the Nuclear and Drop Zone more than once. The go karts are an absolute JOKE. They kicked 2 ppl off my team of 4 for some reason. No reasoning, just asked them to exit the go kart. The attendant broke my son's phone at the bumper cars. He had no damage when he handed it to her; got it back with the whole left bottom corner gone and a huge crack up the middle. I wanted to address it then but my children and their guest asked me not to but it bothered my son to the point his demeanor changed and I had to ask what was wrong. For the overall price I can't justify going to this place ever again. Maybe for an adult night after 9pm when everything is half off. You've been once, you've been a thousand times.

Been here a few times before a couple years ago and it wasn't too bad but just went today and had such a bad experience. A lot of the machines were down and ones that was not down didn't work correctly. Like the squirting gun games that cost $2.50 to play and needs up to 2 players to play. The water did not come out at all. Thats $5 wasted. Altogether probably $15 of our token money went to broken or non working machines AFTER swiping the card. No workers was around so we can ask how we can get credited back. The only thing we enjoyed was the Photo Booth. Really, like the Photo Booth? What made everything even worse was the young man with the glasses working in the Prize Room. We walked in there and we had to swipe the card to see how many tickets we won. The amount came to 601 tickets. I asked the guy with some excitement, is that how much we have to spend? I was excited for my 4 yr old to pick some prizes. He said with an ATTITUDE, well that what you see right? Like dang, a simple yes would have been nice. The way he said it as if I was dumb or blind. Need to learn better customer service skills. Neverrr againnn!
