THIS PLACE WAS DISGUSTING! We saw plenty of staff standing around just talking or making TikTok’s when they should have been cleaning up! There were so many half eaten food items just sitting on the tables. Spills on the floor. Spills on the counter where you order food. We had to clean off a table and chairs ourselves just to sit down. There were so many used napkins all over the place. So many used cups on the ground. Every worker in there was a teen. Not ONE adult worker. Even the party area was disgusting. I would have made them clean that party area before my guests arrived. When we initially arrived 3 workers were standing right behind the counter making a video instead of checking us in. We had to wait….for what? Until someone felt like checking us in. I had to say “HELLO” they were literally acting blind. The customer service was HORRIBLE! Did I mention it was DIRTY! Like stepping over trash just to get to the arcade! We paid $130 just for tickets and socks for 3 people. We kind of expected a clean area to enjoy ourselves. A bottled soda is $5.25! Bring your own drinks!

My first review here was higher. We came here opening week and now that it's been open for quite some time. The slides are so much slower now. We've watched multiple kids stop in the middle of the slides. Seems like maintenance is in order. That being said, it's definitely not as loud as it was! The "whirl" noise has been muted with constant use. Overall fun, about the same cost as a trampoline park, but my kids did get bored a little faster than they would at a trampoline park. 90 minutes is definitely enough.

We had a frustrating start to our visit, but it turned into one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Before coming, I called twice to confirm that Slick City was open and to ask about tickets. I was told to just come in because walk-ins were welcome. We drove over an hour, only to arrive and find out it was “Closed for a private event.” Needless to say, we were very disappointed. Thankfully, we spoke with the manager, Brian, and he completely changed the experience for us. He was incredibly kind and understanding. He allowed our children to stay and play and even checked with the private group to make sure everyone was comfortable with it. He came by multiple times to check on us, was so friendly with our boys, and truly made us feel welcome. It’s important to know that the phone calls go to a call center, so they weren’t aware of the private event. But Brian handled the situation with grace and care. He could have easily said, “Sorry, nothing we can do,” but instead he treated us like special guests in his own home. Because of him, we are now forever customers. Thank you, Brian, for going above and beyond!

It was a great place a bit crowded but it was the weekend. I love the concept of limited supervision and kids and adults can have fun. There were no issues with pushing or shoving to get to the front b/c lines were always moving. It looked clean and not messy. Staff were helpful if you needed them. The bathrooms were a bit messy and needed cleaned but that is to be expected on busy days. The food is way over priced for what you get and what the product is. We got a soft pretzel w/o cheese and a small icee it was close to $16. That is completely INSANE. You have to buy the socks ($3.99) for there place and the pass which is 1.5 hrs or 2hrs. Also lockers are $6 for 3 hrs if you get one of those the small arcade area has 6 claw machines that you do not win on and like 4 games. The climbing gym in the back is only for 6 and under nothing for older kids to climb on. That was a bummer. Overall it was a fun experience and may go back but will not buy food.

It was my families and I first time and it smelled a bit like hot 🥵 gym breath, and the wavier took like 5-10 mins to complete. Annnnnd don’t have a bunch of kids. It’s really gonna take like 15-20 mins. It was really crowded around 3:30pm and they were only allowing people who made online orders in to play. So that sucked if you didn’t already know to do that! But after all that…. there seemed to be a lot of fun going on in there! It was my baby girls 8th birthday and she brought a few friends to slide with her. She was scared to slide down quite a few of the slides that looked too high for her to go down. But over all they really enjoyed themselves and had a lot of fun on the slides. However, I didn't get to slide down any slides for my first time visiting. 😩 I was just an observer. BUT… boy o boy, was I itching to slide down a couple of them slides 😅 I ain’t gonna lie, it looked real fun! So much so… you know what! I think I’m going to plan a surprise girls night out on adult night from 9pm -11pm and just go have some good ol’ fun. Sliding! But, If you’ve gotten this far in my review ❤️ & comment “MIA” in the comments if you can, so we know you made it this far for Mia’s Birthday! And thanks for reading, a mom 😜 Mom Tip - Get the gift cards. Iykyk 💪🏾
