  This was my second time visiting. I was so disappointed. The girl at the desk was coloring and more in her coloring than waiting on customers. She had no idea how to use the online app. It was filthy, floors and machines gross. Only one staff member was friendly. He was the one running the ride that goes high in the air. Not a good experience 😕

  I have been here with friends and family several times the past few years. We have had issues with games not working each time. It feels like we spend more time trying to find someone to help us get games working or credit back than actually playing the games. This past weekend was the worst experience so far. My brother and I had to track someone down 6 different times to get credits back. I mentioned my disappointment in all the issues and mentioned we have had issues every time we are here and it was just shrugged off. The escalator hasn't worked for a long time so you have to wait in line for the elevator or try and find the stairs tucked in the corner. Went to use the upstairs bathroom and it wasn't clean at all. This place isn't as well maintained as it once was.

  All around pretty good experience. If you're going mainly for the go karts, you'll be disappointed. If there's any kind of bumping, heavy braking, or spinning they stop ALL carts until someone comes to reset that cart. I understand safety is priority but its already a pretty short ride as is. Good price at $45 for all attractions (arcade games separate). They definitely need more water/soda machines around If the concessions aren't going to be open often. Fun for literally everyone, including the adults.

  My family and friends celebrated my son's 18th Birthday Party at the Tuttle location. My Son had a wonderful time. The party coordinator "Cameron" assured along with his additional associate in the office. My guest's enjoyed the games and the attractions. The food was very good, and the party attendant made sure we had plenty of drinks and brought the food in a timely manner. Thank you Scene 75 for making my son's 18th Birthday Party memorable.

  (Edit: I find it sketchy how they gave me the managers email but not others as much I see some but very little, well if you guys need to complain you can email this email that they replied to me) This place is awful wouldn't recommend going if I were you, this place is money hungry and power hungry. Doesn't care about customers or their employees even if they say they do its all for a show it looks like almost every time I went there. So far I see they keep hiring people that don't care about their job with unprofessional mindsets and bad behavior and it leaves the place an entire wreck and an emotional wreck too much drama. 1st. (Food) Food is over priced for no good reason. I ate the food here and I felt nauseous after eating it, it tastes burnt and stale like its been sitting there for days, drinks are flat with no carbonation, the kitchen looks dirty and filled with grime from the stoves and ovens and not to mention the floors in the kitchen (disgusting). 2. (Sanitizing) The place looks dirty candy stuck on the carpet of the floor old stains probably from who knows what don't want to know. Carpets are sticky and my shoes cling on to the carpet because of how sticky it is. toilets have stains on them and toilet paper all over the floors sinks don't work sometimes and soap is filled once in a while. 3. (safety) I always see criminal activity in this area in the arcade I see cops arrest a lot of people and I'm glad there are cops there because I feel safer too much drama from employees, managers and customers. A lot of drunk people who get into violence there once in a while I don't really think its safe for a family arcade to have a bar especially if there's going to be drunk people going to be there. If it was an adult bar like Pins then i'd understand, a lot of drunk people try getting into forbidden places and people trying to bring alcoholic beverages into places only for kids that aren't aloud according to the signs and rules. Its just outright dangerous not to mention the safety hazards in the attractions. Mangers are doing nothing about all of this its going to keep happening if its going to be kept swept under the rug. this is enough to traumatize people and kids so don't go here if you're scared of getting traumatized like I was. 4. (Pricing) its over priced all together including game passes for very little prizes you can buy stuff at target and wal-mart for cheaper without spending so much money here. over all for a family arcade this is horrible it doesn't scream family friendly when you walk in and stay there for hours getting to know the place it only screams it on the outside. I don't feel safe going here anymore I've been traumatized heavily. I'm not going to this company ever again.
