We went on a Sunday. Half the games didn’t work and they weren’t doing go karts. Games that needed balls take your money and then don’t give you the balls to play. The games obviously haven’t been maintenanced in a while cause the ones that did “work” barely did. Would not waste your money.

I came here with my friends to celebrate her birthday and there were some snotty little kids left UNATTENDED following us, when we went to do the Laser Maze we payed with our points and stuff and then one of the little kids which I suppose was the leader yelled out, come on, and they already paid for us and then they started laughing and they burst in the laser maze, and we had to yell at them to get out and they refused and we asked where their parents were and that’s when they ran out and we had wasted a lot of points because they were about our last point and they took them out cause they decided to not pay with their points since they barely had any and use ours to play a game and later on we went to do the laser tag they did the same thing only they didn’t steal most of our points, but they were swearing at us and saying they were telling us to die and me and my friends are all Hispanic and they came up with us and they said die die die and then they said a super super bad word that I shouldn’t really say. i’ve always enjoyed coming here but since that incident I’m not coming anymore because parents should not leave their seven year-old kids to just run around steal other people’s points so you guys should really take care of that situation and I would recommend but come at your own risk and take care of your points and if you see some snotty group of little kids or teenagers, then protect your points I would recommend but maybe not.

I watched my nephew go in slow motion around the track as everyone else raced around because they put him in a broken kart and instead of letting him switch he had to watch everyone else go fast and have a good time after waiting in line forever. Of course the line was twice as long when he got off and couldnt ride again unless he waited again. Games eat your credits and there's no arcade attendants walking the floor on a saturday to assist with any broken games, balls that dont come out, etc. This place is alot of money for the lack of simple customer service

This is the second time I’ve visited in the past two weeks, and unfortunately I’ve noticed the same issue both times. When we got in line to order food, there was only one person working in the food area, while several other employees were standing at the customer service desk talking and laughing. From a customer’s perspective, this does not reflect strong teamwork. It’s disappointing to see one employee left handling everything while others are not stepping in to help. It creates long wait times and makes the experience less enjoyable. Aside from the lack of teamwork, I would recommend this place. However, if you plan to order food, be prepared for a long wait due to limited assistance in that area.

Over all one of the best places I’ve ever been! It was fun for the kids they had amazing time! But if you want any suggestions here they are: 1. The staff at bumper cars should count the people to go in go carts instead of just let them run wild. During my experience an incident that workers count the kids so it was a free for all to get in to go carts. There is 9 single cars and me and my 3 friends were one of the first 9 but we still didn’t get to i’ll do the round because kids in front of us didn’t get in line fast enough so we had to switch them seats but don’t need any. No Apologies your employees already gave us 20 tickets. 2. On the drop roller coaster can you make it a little more scary? Like maybe at the end of the ride do a mega drop like ya? Over all your experience was amazing and I might come back again. -Stacey Dillon:)
