- LSLeah Seevers5 days ago1.0My daughter went to see an R rated movie with her friends because she and they are 17 which is the age that is on their website that says you’re allowed in. When they went in the girl who I’m sure was younger than them asked for their ids and then she told them they weren’t allowed in. They exchanged their tickets for a different movie and went into the original theater anyways, I know that they weren’t supposed to, but the theater wasn’t even following their own policies. They were in there for maybe 5 minutes before the manager came in and told them to leave. They got up willingly, but he made a big show of kicking them out despite the fact that they’re the legal age to go see an R movie. She went last week with a different friend who was 16 to see an R movie and they didn’t even take a second glance at them before letting them in. I’m very upset that they seem to pick and choose when to make scenes. Seems like they were bored and had nothing better to do than kick a few teen girls out of a movie that they were legally able to see.
- BJBrooke Jordan5 days ago1.0Tonight be and my friends who are all the age required to see an R-rated movie, went to primate and the girl who looked about 15 checked out tickets told us that we had to be 18 however their own online website says 17 so they forced us to exchange our tickets for a different movie and we went into the movie Primate. The manager came in while the movie was playing and being very loud, told us to leave because we couldn’t be there and followed us out door. We had also each spent 15 dollars on popcorn and drinks then got told to leave because they weren’t following their own policy which says you must be 17 to see an R rated movie. I have also previously had a bad experience a few months ago at this theatre where they slowed boys dressed in all black wearing ski masks who didn’t have tickets and they allowed them in and they started beating up people in the theater. I find it funny they let them in with no tickets but wouldn’t let us WITH tickets.
