- KCKari Chadd1 day ago5.0We just hosted my sons 10th bday party at Big Air. We have had several parties there but I have to say this was one of the best. From check in, communication and Brayden being our host it was just fabulous. Brayden did a super job and was helpful throughout the party.

- JHJames HicksDec 28, 20254.0Pleasantly surprised with this place. There are no parts of the park pay-walled unlike other trampoline parks in the city (aside from the arcade machines of course). Price is even reasonable. Staff are young, but seem well trained and attentive. Connection to Polaris Fashion Place is a plus. As a parent who's been to a lot of trampoline parks which absolutely fleece you every step of the way, Big Air Polaris is one of the better ones. Only complaint is that there's only one line at the entrance. So buying tickets online ahead of time serves no purpose. Other parks have a separate line for reservations so you don't have to wait with walk-ins. Socks are too expensive.

They have age specific places for smaller jumpers and wonderful activities that will let jumpers feel like they can climb a mountain. Great place for everyone age group to have fun. Staff was excellent and were everywhere. They provide climbing harnesses and tether. Get yourself up and get some Big Air.
