- AQAnn Quinn3 days ago5.0The kids had a blast at my son’s birthday party. Everyone working was extremely helpful. Our room host was amazing and made sure all the kids had everything they needed. It was a great party!

I was charged for a membership fee this month (March). I tried to call the place and was told a manager was going to call me back and the situation would be resolved. No call and no manager. Be careful with this place because they will just steal your money. The thing is your employees didn’t say anything about a monthly pass and misled us into thinking that it was just for the month. Every time I try to call to get a manager to talk to me they are “ never there”.

The employees who were helping us, Liz Gomez and Elise Miller, made sure everything ran smoothly and were so kind and welcoming! Definitely a great place to host a birthday party or event! It is so fun too

Especially the guy assigned to our party room. He poured drinks in cups for the kids and asked multiple times if we needed anything. Mariah the planner was great as well. I would highly recommend for a party.
