  Just had my daughter’s 5th birthday party there. I was able to book 2 rooms and have it combined for a party of 30 kids!! They were able to help with the decor, serving, and cleaning. Just wanted to show my appreciation here… if you’re looking for a fun, effortless way to throw and birthday party, have it here.

  Went for a birthday party and the kids all had a blast! There was a neverending amount of things to do, the staff was friendly and helpful. I watched staff get all the way to the top course to assist a couple of kids that were nervous and guide them through. The cotton candy tree was sweet too. All and all it's a great place for a day or a few hours of fun and for a birthday party.

  Had a great time at Big Air in Polaris! The kids were all smiles the whole visit. Jabril at the concession stand really made the day super upbeat, fast service, and just an all around good guy. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was taken care of. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. We’ll definitely be back soon!

  This was our first time at Big Air and we had booked a birthday party for our 7 year old. We LOVED it!! So much space, lots to choose from, hardly any lines for the kids to enjoy each activity, plenty of seating for adults to relax. Food on site. Party of up to 15 kids for 90min of jumping/activity was $350, then party room for 40min. The activity time didn't "start" counting down until 30min after party started in case people were running late, needed to sign waiver, etc. For instance the party was at 3pm but the wristbands they gave us were for 3:30-5pm. So if you came right when the party started, had the waivers done, you got more like 2hrs. It was great!! You didn't feel rushed to utilize your time. For the wall climbing area with harness, I would recommend a parent go in there to help the kids transfer from one climbing area to the next, that way they don't have to wait for an attendant. They're SWAMPED putting harnesses on (understandably). Other than that area, the kids didn't need help with anything. Highly recommend!!

  My granddaughter has an elite player membership and it’s been worth every penny for access to the park since she usually goes twice a week. Nearly all of the employees have been incredibly helpful too, especially Beau, who I’ve never seen not doing something or engaging with someone. He seems to be a very hands-on and supportive manager. I do agree with some of the reviews about the concession stand prices and the response of some the concession workers who seem to hate their jobs. Also, the later in the day we visit, especially when Beau isn’t working, we can almost guarantee that the place will be crowded with lines for all the activities and trashed with spilled food and drinks at nearly every table, so we try to avoid going late afternoon when at all possible and on Beau’s days off. Final thought: ask questions about the memberships before you quickly dive in like I did. For example, the flyer says free drink and snack. It doesn’t say that these are limited to the extremely salty popcorn and a fountain drink full of sugar. But that’s on me for not asking more questions.
