These are very barebones escape rooms. In fact they are not even rooms as the walls don’t go up to the ceiling. As a result of that you can hear others and be heard by others. The hosts have to remind the guests to be quiet so often. That to me was the biggest issue with these. What’s the point of team building if you can’t even show your excitement or have discussions with your group? You can probably order a kit from Amazon and set it up for a fraction of the price you would pay them and have a much better experience. The 5 star reviews seem like they have been bought. They would get zero foot traffic has they not been in the mall. Overall a cheap escape rooms setup and I would never go back and not recommend it to others too.

Maybe ok for those looking for a really challenging room? Don't expect to get out even if you have experience. We did it with a fairly experienced group (10+ rooms completed) and failed. Our room was very linear, single room, almost every task was a combination lock, no technology, no active monitoring of the room (we had a kitchen timer and that was the most electronics in there), had to request multiple hints and they basically just told us the answer everytime. It was probably good that they did as the answer didn't really make much sense. I have gotten clues in other rooms and it's always been something that once you figure it out you go "Oh, obviously! How did I miss that!?!" In this one we had multiple people in our group say "Yeah, that didn't even make sense" This is the worst room we have ever done. If you are looking for a good room I HIGHLY recommend The Escape Games in Easton! We have done multiple of their rooms. Alternatively you might try Breakout Games, we are going to try one of theirs tonight since this was a flop and left everyone feeling frustrated and annoyed.

I have done a lot of escape rooms and this is the worst I have ever been to. I will be honest I knew based on room descriptions and some reviews this company was not for us, but we had a large gift card given to us and thought why not, it has to be at least a little fun to go solve some puzzles. However the room was boring, the clues were boring, and you can hear everyone around you. This wasn’t an escape room it was a scavenger hunt in a room where each clue leads to the next standard lock box. They stripped away one of the most fun things about escape rooms which is the search for hidden clues and items. We did this escape room first step and opened several boxes without realizing halfway in the room was completely linear and we were out of order. We kept getting clues to boxes we had already solved which was frustrating and confusing. One of our biggest pet peeves in an escape room is when they provide you with too much in writing. This room gave you a huge binder and cards with too much detail. When information is given you expect to use it so we wasted most of our time reading unnecessarily since all the clues were surface level. Most of the answers needed came from a binder, prisoner cards or posters on the wall, but the posters were faded and blurry making them hard to read. The staff are very nice and helpful and the picture at the end was fun. If you’ve never done an escape room before this will probably be fun for you, but if you are looking for a prop heavy and immersive escape experience then this place probably isn’t for you. For the price they charge you can get a MUCH better experience for the same cost at other providers.

It was our first time trying Escape room. We had a bit different experience from most of reviews here. The lady game master seemed in rush and was super fast to settle us in. Before we had chance to respond to instruction, she left room already. We were just told to find 4 cases of files and a key and read script on the table. It was a mess even after we found all the file binders and key. We didn't know the goal is to open all the combo locks and the last double locked chest-box would have the thing we need to find. It would be nice for locked hits to have a sequence number something. Game helpers seemed rather impatient to us. ??? Not what we expected. (thumb-down)

We did the superhero adventure room. It was fun, one of our group members force something open so our order was messed up. The game itself was okay. There was only one room and it didn’t feel like you were actually trapped. The puzzles were all codes on locks too. The comic part was cool though. Overall, I would probably not recommend this to friends and family
