  Went on a Friday when they opened. Pretty busy but the ticket line went quickly. Good price for a ticket. Got chips and a drink. Expensive but not more than other theaters. Movie wasn't crowded. Your typical movie experience. Did notice the seats didn't go back as far as the ones in marcus theaters do, but the foot rest did fully expand.

  Nice, fancy movie theater. Comfortable seats, good food selection. Easy to find and adequate parking. A little pricey, but that's how it goes these days.

  My new go-to theater as a Movie Club member at Cinemark and this place never let's me down. I always try to see the big movies on XD, great sound and not a bad seat in the theater. Ordering ahead on the app is great because the pickup experience is superb - just need to go up and ask them to prepare my order if I'm early. I try to support the local small theaters, but this Cinemark theaters deserves my continued patronage.

  It had been years since I was in this theater and it probably will be again. Not because anything worth noting was wrong, it is just that nothing stands out as more than average either. Popcorn was warm. Customer service was meh, overall it was an average experience. Edited to add additional comments to the owner- it's all in my comment. Up the customer service - I walked to the first worker at the popcorn counter and asked for a popcorn and small diet", that's all. She made me walk to the register to order...she asked me, "what can I get you again and asked for a small diet and a popcorn and handed her the coupon for a small drink and popcorn. I turned around and asked my husband why I had to walk down to the register to tell her same thing I just told her and she asked me what kind of drink I wanted...by now I was choking because it the fumes in that vicinity from the popcorn machines. I told her a diet and told my husband that the popcorn fumes were choking me up. The other two workers watching and zero customers in line. She gave me my popcorn after I told her no butter and my drink. Now after thinking about it - I'd tell you it's not worth my time calling for some freebies to try you again, because the culture needs adjusted. Not one of the 3 offered me to move away from the popcorn haze and not one offered to help her or allow me to move to where I wasn't getting choked up. In a world full of options, I choose to spend my time and money where I am valued as a customer- too many cinemas around Columbus get it right consistently!!
