  The minute we saw BLDG17 my daughter and her fiancé fell in love with it It is a huge space with so many different options for great events. We had the wedding downstairs in the courtyard area and the reception upstairs The courtyard was amazing and brought such a great vibe to the day The space is full of amazing places to take pictures The area they provide to get ready in is full of light and all the details have been thought through. The staff is kind, friendly and willing to help prior to and the day of. We also used Pomp (such a great thing to do because they are located adjacent to the space so it is easy to set up and tear down) The day went off beautifully and we could not have asked for more!

  Getting married here next year & have worked with Alyssa who has been great! Prior poor ratings were before Alyssa & new management took over. Can’t wait for our big day next fall!

  An absolutely gorgeous venue just waiting to become whatever you'd like it to be. Gorgeous bones, amazing team, could not recommend more.

  Attended the seasonal MRKT17 event. Everything was well organized by the BLDG17 team and it was awesome seeing so many cool Cleveland vendors. Would highly recommend checking out BLDG17 for future events and their beautiful space!
