I go here all the time. Yes there are some bad kids running around, yes sometimes people talk during the movie, yes the food is overpriced and yes sometimes people carry knives. It’s a movie theater what do you expect. Stop being snowflake Karens and leaving 1 star reviews because of these stupid reasons. People carrying knives aren’t there to hurt you they’re probably protecting themselves because you snowflakes won’t. Don’t like the prices, don’t buy it, that’s how they make the majority of their money. Don’t like talking, tell them to shut up and stand up for yourself. I’ll keep going here, it’s a good place and a few bad eggs won’t stop me.
Good atmosphere. Clean theater / seats.
Consession prices are very expensive.

Absolutely FREEZING COLD, might as well be a drive on theatre, no reason to be uncomfortable at these prices!

I had tickets to a screening of Fellowship of the Ring and they cancelled the screening when I arrived because of technical issues. I understand it was out of their control, but I wish they would have moved the screening to another auditorium considering this was a limited release.
I went back the next weekend with tickets to see The Two Towers and the doors were locked. I called the theater from my car and they ignored my phone call twice. The third time I called they picked up the phone and hung up on me. Finally the fourth time they decide to answer and tell me they cancelled the screening and closed the entire theater early because of a storm. Okay that's fine, but you can't email or text me that the showing is cancelled? Or put a notice in the app that you forced me to make an account to use?
The employee I spoke to told me the managers were still in the building. They couldn't take 30 seconds to write "We are closed" on a piece of printer paper and tape it to the door?
Nothing but problems with this location unfortunately. I recommend visiting the Oakley location instead, night and day difference.
New management is needed and please teach your employees to never hang up on a customer before they're able to get a word out.
