I brought movie tickets for my son and I to see Stranger Things a day ahead of time as a surprise for my son. 2 tickets cost $40.00 to my surprise food was provided complimentary from concession stand. I was not aware of this entering the Cinemark Oakley Theater. A very nice worker told me about the complimentary food, I rushed picked up a few items but did not use complete value of my food voucher. This should have been told to us as we were checking in. Poor communication on management part.

This location is always so clean, from concessions being stocked to the theater itself having clean seats and floors. This is the only theater I go to. We saw Zootopia 2 with the kids and it was great!
- BBBrandyDec 31, 20252.0This place needs an age limit/chaperone policy. Between teenagers making tiktoks literally everywhere and them having actual sex during the movies, it’s just hard to go there anymore. The only thing saving the place is the great staff having to deal with all of them.

I should have known it was going to be a ghetto and bad experience when we our tickets weren’t checked amongst entering. We weren’t given directions to our theater. Better off going to AMC theaters. I tried to be a trooper cause this location was convenient for our large group. However, I’ll stick to driving to West Chester This a be my first and last time at this location.
