  Shoutout to game tech Mike from Cleveland Scene 75! 🎮 He was a lifesaver, helping us with Squiggly and Water Gun game issues. Super nice, incredibly helpful, and definitely the most positive tech support we've encountered! ✨

  Fun place, and reasonable cost for unlimited fun! Only negatives were: 1) They do have 2 glow putt putt courses, but it's tight in there so if someone hits the ball too far, or too hard, it could hit you. That was unnerving a little as kids the hole behind us weren't paying attention. 2) When we went to bowl only TWO lanes were working, so our group of 5 had to share one lane because someone had the other next to us. Workers were nice and we had a good time.

  I was here 3/14 in the afternoon with my family including a younger child, and beginning to end the experience was horrible. Consistently staff was more worried with continuing their conversations over helping costumers. Coming up to the register my family was not greeted or even explained to the premise of the place or different packages that are offered. After figuring it out ourselves we enter into the main area. We head to the bar to get drinks which takes over five minutes and getting acknowledged after another set of customers who came up after us to finally get greeted. We head over to the game floor and this whole place is just a mess, multiple games down, what appeared to be throw up on the floor, and again no staff to be found. My family went to the go carts since almost any other attraction was down or dirty. The younger child with us ended up getting spun out on the race track and unlike every other lap where the attendant would come out stop the carts and fix the person who is facing the wrong way no one comes. Laps go by and my family and I are confused where the attendants are since nobody is attempting to go on the track and help. It took my sister going over and interrupting a conversation to finally get someone over to help. Everyone seemed annoyed. Almost like we were inconveniencing them to do their job, and help my nephew who was scared and backwards on their track. We continue with the day to try and keep my nephew in good spirits, he says he would like to do the laser maze. Surprise! It’s closed for no apparent reason and again no workers anywhere to be seen. The bowling is next to this so we go in there instead. Out of the six lanes there were three open. There was trash everywhere in the room and the seats were falling apart and sliding everywhere. Our game gets stopped because the balls keep getting stuck and are unable to be shot back to the front. At this point our family was ready to leave. We ask to speak with a manager to try and get some sort of reconciliation for this horrible experience. We interrupt yet another conversation to get help, there is no manager actively on the floor so they get him from the office. He seems to not care at all about our experience. Offers zero solutions or sympathy to us and simply says “there is nothing I can do with my system”. Safe to say I will not be back to this location or any other scene 75. If I could put zero stars I would. Do not waste your time or money here.
