  We recently had a work retreat here and honestly, for the price, this was perfect. The group deal included a buffet, 3 hours of free gameplay of the "big activities" which included go kart, mini golf, laser tag, and 4D movie in addition to $25 gift card to play the games for each person. We got a pizza buffet with mozzarella cheese sticks. While the pizza was not amazing, it was definitely well worth the price. We will likely be coming back here for next year's event too. I can't recommend this place enough for work outings.

  To be honest I probably won't be going back. We went there for a birthday party and I was not impressed. Quite a few of the games and rides out of order. The employees were lacking in courtesy, demonstrated limited willingness to assist, displayed poor communication and showed a lack of attentiveness and professionalism. Not to mention the food was undercooked and drinks were subpar.

  Terrible experience at Scene75 Brunswick. We celebrated my daughter’s 8th birthday and everything was completely disorganized. There was no staff guiding us or explaining what we needed to do; we were basically lost with our guests from the very beginning. We chose two attractions, and in the first one the system went down, making us wait about 15 minutes with no solution or communication. Then we went to bowling, and it was occupied even though it was included in our package. The kids couldn’t enjoy themselves at all, which was the most disappointing part. To top it off, we waited almost 20 minutes just to get the cards with the points. Honestly, it was a very frustrating experience and not something I would recommend for children’s celebrations. We will not be returning.

  Extremely Disappointing & Unsafe Experience. November 15th 2:30pm-5pm My family and I visited Scene 75 today to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience became extremely upsetting and unsafe. We were there as a large family and had already been enjoying the facility for about an hour and a half before things took a turn. While waiting in line for the go-karts, we witnessed an argument between two guests. Once it was our turn to ride, a young child repeatedly rammed his go-kart into my sister’s kart, causing staff to stop the ride several times. After the ride ended, the worker informed the child that he was not allowed to return to the go-karts due to the no-bumping policy. A short time later, while we were at the photo booth, the child’s mother ( which we came to find out who she was after the incident) approached us aggressively, accusing us of talking to her son (which we never did). She immediately began shouting, pointing her finger in our faces, and becoming physically threatening. She pushed my mother and then punched her with a closed fist. I had to run and scream for help, yet it took far too long for any staff member to respond, despite the situation being loud, distressing, and clearly escalating. Once an employee finally intervened, the woman was taken to a separate area and the police were called. The issue was resolved with law enforcement, but what was most shocking was how Scene 75 handled the situation. Instead of providing support or even basic concern for our safety, the manager, Luke, told us that we were being disorderly in a “family environment”, despite the fact that we were the ones physically assaulted while simply taking photos. We were treated as if we were the problem, not the victims. Our kids were crying and terrified, and we felt completely unsafe and scared. We still had money left on six arcade cards and one additional attraction remaining. When I asked to be refunded only for the unused portion, the manager refused and then told us we were also not allowed to return to use the remaining credits. So not only were we physically attacked on their property, but Scene 75 kept our money and banned us from using what we paid for. To any families planning a visit: please be aware that this place is not as safe or family-friendly as it appears. The staff is slow to respond, dismissive, and completely unhelpful in serious situations. It is unacceptable that no one stepped in while I was yelling for help, and even more unacceptable that we were treated like the problem after being assaulted. We will not return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending your money here.

  If I could give this zero I would. Confirmed these games will take money off card and not start and if you don’t catch it right away oh well you lost your money. Had to go to desk multiple times towards end of visit for my special needs sister birthday. I noticed upon walking in it’s based off dollars now now not chips on card. Throughout the visit I noticed huh am I missing extra money as I swipe because of reader saying error. No it was because different games would charge the card and not start. I had a gut feeling but finally noticed it on football rush towards end of visit. Then, after getting it corrected next game magic shot took my money again and didn’t start. Worst experience ever definitely a scam beware of swiping. Take your time and make sure it goes through each time and game starts if not you lose who knows how much money like I did. Manager printed out what he said was my full card swipe history for each game but it was not even half as I was reading. Beyond pissed and I’m not this kind of person to leave reviews but I truly believe they know they have an issue of stealing from customers at this point and if the customer doesn’t notice oh well. Will never ever come back because they did not even give a good solution for long term. Visit 11-9-25 11am-1:15pm.
