  Me and my daughter and her best friend came here, they both had a BLAST they wish to come here again, my daughter wants to have her 13th birthday party here in the future, they really enjoyed the go - karts and the bumper karts and the arcade games, LOVED IT!! We will be back again sooner or later, but this was the best arcade ever been to!

  Great place to go to for a team in town for a hockey tournament. They have food and drinks as well for parents while the kids run around.

  The staff was so helpful and friendly during our visit. We were inadvertently high maintenance because of a package we bought that wouldn't scan and register (probably because it was a Christmas present from a year ago). They helped us figure it all out, but just as importantly, they never acted like we were bothering them or causing them a lot of work. It was such great customer service, and the kids had a great time.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely awful! Rides were broken, entire families cut in line multiple times without anyone saying anything and when we did complain, management told us that they were sorry but they can’t do anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE BECAUSE IT WOULD BE JUST A WASTE!

  We were in town for a team tournament and planned a group outing. I booked a party room and had to talk to 3 different people about our drink and pizza choices. The manager even insisted I call to review it. Day of they had no idea what the drink and pizza choices were. The team was put in the room with nothing to do for 20ish minutes. I went to ask for more time in the room since we waited so long before we had pizza drinks or cards for the kids to play. The event manager was pretty rude to me after asking for more time and said it was our fault for waiting on pizza. However the pizza wasn’t ready when we got there and wasn’t offered to us until after we had sat around for 15 minutes waiting. The attractions and offerings were overall great and the boys had fun but it’s not somewhere I’d recommend to other teams after how things were ran. Not somewhere I’d give business too again. In my opinion, Grant, event manager, is in over his head and has terrible customer service
