  I come to this location all the time and have the movie pass. Not once have I encountered bad customer service long lines, or technical difficulties. The theatres are always clean and ready to go. So glad I get to live close to this theatre!

  Staff was awesome and did not complain when our order was super early and we asked for a fresh one. They were very kind, and great at their jobs!

  $2 convenience fee for an online order at the very end is bad practice. Just raise your prices across the board instead of false advertising. Why should anyone pay more for your convenience? Would you rather handle checks? Unable to predict demand and be at risk of over/understaffing because people pay with cash instead? I get that its only $2 but convenience fees are a lie and genuinely tilts me. You should only get 45 cents for the bank's card processing.

  Been to this theater many times and every time it has been awesome. The staff and service is always quick and friendly, and the theaters themselves are always clean.

  Not a great experience today. We we're told when the theater was hot, that they, "had to put a ticket in". And the theater never cooled down. Where previously when we ran into this problem; they addressed it immediately. With the acknowledgement that it would take 10 - 20 minutes for the chiller to take effect. (and it did)
