Since 1963, the Improvisation Comedy Clubs have remained the premier stages for live comedy in the United States. Over the decades, the talent who have graced Improv stages represent the Who’s Who in American comedy.
West Nyack Levity Live opened in 2012, as part of the iconic Improv family. Conveniently located just outside of New York City in the Lower Hudson Valley, the 350-seat club offers a combination of A-list comedy, good food and cocktails. The venue is inside the Palisades Center, a premier shopping, dining and entertainment destination. Drawing audiences from the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, West Nyack Levity Live regularly hosts top tier comedians like The Wayans Brothers, Kevin Hart, Craig Robinson, Jo Koy, Russell Peters, Sebastian Maniscalco and Jim Norton.

We drove one hour and ten minutes in pouring rain, paid $25 in tolls, and had to fight for a parking space at the Nyack mall for fifteen minutes.....to be told that my money and time do not matter to this club because we are slightly late. My spouse and I are comedy show regulars who have visited at least bi monthly for over ten years. I have never been so offended and disgusted by the lack of compassion of the people running this club. I will be redirecting my money and future plans to the Stress Factory, and other competitor clubs. ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!!!

Drove 30 minutes out to support a comedian I follow, only to be told I couldn’t buy a ticket at the door because the show had already started 10 minutes ago. But then was told if I had already bought a ticket, I would’ve been allowed in. So the show wasn’t sold out, they just wouldn’t take my money. Makes zero sense from a customer or business perspective. On top of that, the guy at the door was cold and really weird. No courtesy, no professionalism. Needs to be better or just get a new job in a non customer facing role. This business needs to seriously rethink how it treats their customers. It’s also really hard to find in this ridiculous mall, smells terrible and just in general needs to be better. Would highly not recommend supporting them at all as is, check out shows from comedians at other venues I’ve never had an experience this bizarre.

Guests are allowed into our showroom up until 15 minutes after the show begins. We stop seating 15 minutes into the show due to the disruption caused to the performers. No exceptions, no refunds.

Photography, filming, videotaping or other forms of recording without consent of the club and the artist is strictly prohibited. Guests who abuse this policy will be ejected immediately.
