  This was my first one-room escape room experience, and I went with my sisters and my mom. The Alcatraz theme was really fun—we played as guards, which made it feel unique and immersive. The props could be amped up a bit more for theatrics, but even so, we still had a great time. Once we got into the flow, it was really exciting working together to figure out the clues and puzzles. It definitely makes you think and communicate as a group. We didn’t end up winning, but we made it all the way to the last puzzle, which felt like an accomplishment for our first time! Overall, it was a fun bonding experience, and I’d definitely try another room again. Thank you Christine for showing us the locks at the beginning.

  Awesome! Elena was extremely helpful! My wife and I conquered Treasure Island this time. It was fairly straightforward, and lots of fun!

  I did a pirate-themed escape room and had a great time. The room was really immersive with cool ship decor, treasure chests, and creative puzzles that matched the theme. It was challenging but still fun and manageable. The staff were friendly and added to the experience. The only downside was one lock that didn’t work smoothly, but overall it was a fun and unique activity I’d definitely recommend.

  I visited the Mystery Room with my children and was very disappointed. Two employees were present: Kayla and Christine. Kayla provided no customer service, stayed on her phone wearing AirPods, and did not interact with customers. I also witnessed her being rude to Christine in front of customers, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Christine was the only positive part of our visit. She clearly explained the instructions, taught us how the locks worked, and remained patient and professional despite the situation. ⭐ Christine deserves 5 stars for her excellent customer service and professionalism. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unfortunately, the room itself was not worth the price. Several props were old or broken, and we spent nearly $200 for an experience that did not meet expectations. Overall, poor staff behavior and lack of maintenance ruined the experience, except for Christine.
